    I would have given 5 stars but the first purchase would not start a week after the first charge. BB replaced it. No problem with second laptop. So far so good- I did recommend this item but with reservations here.

    Very nice machine. One day it would not start. I took the back off and disconnected the battery and then reconnected and was able to get it to boot. Not sure what the deal was. Only happened once so far.

    First 6 months was great and battery lasted as advertised. Now drains to less than 50% in less than 3 hours of basic web use (sporatic) not even videos or gaming. Looks like it will have to go in for service. Not what expected. :( Bought this for the long lasting battery!
