The laptop battery failed in the second or third week after i bought it. The battery had to replaced. Now the system get freezes sometimes with just chrome browser opened with 5 tabs. I really doubt whether this laptop with have longer life.

Love the Laptop but lots of difficulties with windows software , google software, apple software , and HP software working together. Y’all need to make your software work better together or your gonna loose a lot of customers

Value for money, for the price I got it its a very good

I loved everything about this computer. HOWEVER, it refused to stay connected to our internet, even with a direct ethernet line.

So far so good no major issues, bought this laptop for my wife.

the keyboard is not good. It doesn't light up so it is useless at night and glare from daylight makes it invisible during the day, too.

Too much light bleed around the keys and the missing ctl key key on the right side is a show stopper.

Poor quality. In less than 2 years the screen stopped working. To make it worse, the extended warranty that I bought from Best Buy is useless. the warranty is tied to the membership and because mine was not renewed, my laptop is a now paper weight.

It’s better than the last laptop I bought but it was hard to retrieve my emails and Best Buy was no help in getting them

Very poor performance. It’s not working after 3 months and now Bestbuy not accepting the return as well. $600 price reduction in less than 3 months.

Probably an excellent laptop, but the 13.5" led me to believe that it would be that wide. The computer itself is less than 12 inches wide, with the keyboard just over 10. So small, my elbows were at 80 degree angles just trying to keep my hands on the key board. It was just too small, more like a purse-sized tablet.

Powerful, but with a flimsy feel. The display brightness wasn't great.

It keeps on turning off and i have to exchange it.

I love the computer just weird that i didnt get a stylus in the box

I love this little laptop. The only thing is that when I charge it. The charger gets hot.i nust notice recently. Now I can't exchange it any longer. Will have to called the manufacturer. Let's see what they say

I really like the product; it is what I really want for a specific laptop to use for my school. However, I had an issue with changing. The computer stops charging, and I have to return it just 2 weeks after buying it. Best Buy replaced new the same style and brand, and for the second time, I it stopped charging. I have to return to the store again and get a different brand of laptop even though I like this one.

Laptop works okay But when I purchased it the sales person told me that it came with a digital stylus, mine didn’t. I had already setup the unit with all my data and software when I realized it They wanted me to return it for another, too late for me to do that They wouldn’t give me a stylus to replace the missing one Won’t buy more from BestBuy, nope

best buy send a open box like new item to me looking more like a laptop used in the Ukraine war. what a joke. sent it back. tighten up, best buy,

Wired after a few months use. It has blue screen issue all the time. Not recommended.
