The only issue I have is the battery life. The battery drains within 5 hours of minimal use.

HP laptop a 5 but trying to work with Windows 11 to config it for my needs left me unsatisfied with the combo. Too many reboots and unsatisfactory updates. Perhaps when I have more time and patience I will give it another go.

Great laptop - screen, overall physical build. However couldn’t last for even 2 months as it failed to turn on suddenly and had to return it

The computer is in new condition. We ordered open box excellent condition and nothing was in the box not the pen or charger. I will never buy open box again.

Warning! Do not believe Best Buy when they label an open box item as excellent and claim that is "Geek Squad Verified, works and LOOKS LIKE NEW and includes ALL ORIGINAL parts, PACKAGING and ACCESSORIES" Because of dishonest business practice I wasted 2 hours of my day driving to and back. The Burlington, NC store staff is rude, their management does not care to listen and do not respect customers.

It’s a beautiful laptop. However, given the price point it was disappointing that it came with only one USB port. I returned it.

Drivers werent installed, so i couldnt connect to internet at all or connect bluetooth.

Had great ram and storage. Very fast and well worth the purchase.

Ordered item as an ‘Excellent’ condition Open-Box. Laptop arrived defective: the trackpad and touchscreen did not function and the laptop couldn’t identify WiFi networks. I was thus unable to get past the third screen of the initial setup process. Best Buy’s website advertises that Open-Box items are “covered under Best Buy’s Return & Exchange Promise” and that ‘they will arrange for a replacement’ if item is defective, but neither my local store nor the Customer Support line made this possible. Rather than replacing the laptop for me, they only offered to exchange it for the current priced Open Box item, which was $530 more than the price I paid, a difference I was expected to pay. My only option was to return the laptop for a refund, thus negating a very good price I had found at the time of my order.

This is the second HP Spectre purchased and it is very user friendly.

I had a bad experience with this laptop. It is a high end machine and priced that way. After less than a year I had a warrantee repair. Six months later I had the same problem and it isn't work fixing. Look for youtube videos that call out the power ports as a common problem. HP doesn't provide this part for repairs. They would prefer to sell new computers. I had to buy a new computer but I'd never consider HP again. Terrible. A $1500 computer should last more than 16 months.
