This laptop has everything I need for my school usage. The only thing I regret is not getting one with more memory but 16GB is enough for what I use it for

Bought a laptop for my personal life and wasn't sure which one to buy, After google searches and questions to the Intel guy at Best Buy, I decided this was the laptop for me. I have used it for over a week and so far it is by far the best I've owned.

Got it for the new and it’s amazing be it the performance, screen display quality, design as well as tougher. Overall very happy purchase only thing is a bit heavy weight, but not a complaint…

Im still navigating through things, but very pleased with my purchase so far. I bought this to use for work I do from home, spur of the moment. I have no complaints so far.  I would definitely recommend.

Love this laptop and how you can turn it in to a tablet of sorts. The top can be completely rotated! Upgraded storage to a Terabyte before picking up. Love having the pen with it!

My favorite features are the pen and table style view. I got what i paid for!

Her computer. she says no problems yet. Working well. She is currently still making friends with it. She authorized to spend more than she allowed on mine so better not have any problems.

For me personally I need a laptop that can work with my cricut, my school needs and still run games, like the sims which has a ton of files. This machine handles it all with ease. Best purchase ever

Bought this laptop for my daughter’s freshman year of college. It checked all of the boxes she needed and the ability to turn it into a notepad with the stylus for notes was a bonus. She’s very happy with it

My laptop started making a whistling noise real loud and i took it to the Geek Squad and they determined it was my battery. I got a replacement and brought it to them and they fixed the problem. Fantastic job.

This laptop is so nice, the color is vibrant and it always has a clear picture. I would definitely recommend this product, I would have given it (5) stars but the touch screen is a bit slower than ones I have used in the past.

Initially I was going to get a Dell. However upon visiting the store and looking at the price/performance of various laptops this one came out on top. I am very satisfied with this computer.

Bought this for my daughter for college and she loves it. Sleek, fast, and does everything she needs for her architecture program at the university.

It's a decent laptop, checked most of the boxes on my must have list and none on my absolutely don't want list. It's a bit heavier than I would have liked but with the floor associates not helping me find exactly what I wanted, it was the best choice I could've made for myself at the time.
