I would've kept this laptop if the camera worked. I have never in my life had to install a camera on a laptop. That feature was odd and should NOT be needed in order for it to work. The app that's supposed to be downloaded for the camera is trash. What makes it worse is that the specific camera download was REQUIRED in order for you to use the camera at all whether it's skype, teams, facetime etc. That's why three stars was deducted from this because the camera installation made no sense. There's also a shutter button to turn the camera on and off. That feature needs to be FIXED IMMEDIATELY.

I am still trying to figure this laptop out, I believe Best Buy staff needs to be more trained in what a product is and be more helpful with what a new user to a new product should expect at set etc.

Whats wrong: Highly reflective, huge - way too heavy to carry around, no numpad, touch screen is a joke, writing on it is a joke, very long delay, 16inch is way too big for a laptop, 15.6 would have been perfect, speakers are mediocre. I do not understand. HP has been making laptop for ages, and why the touchscreen is from the 90's? How hard is it to make the touch screen like that of ipads? How about speakers? I compared it to my friend's macbook speakers and the HP speaker was a complete trash. How hard is it to replace those speakers? I dont get it. Very disappointed at this price point, I'll just buy a cheap one.

Purchased this as a gift for our daughters 18th birthday and HS grad gift. Has been using for 3 weeks for school and makes loud noises from inside. She has already had to take back for repair.

I had ro retun this computer because it's a bit heavier than I thought and also the noise when it span. I liked the 2:1.

Video is occasionally glitchy. Makes it difficult to read and play minor games.

It is not worth to spend this much amount on this slower computer.
