I have had this laptop less than 1 year. About a month into owning it, it started to overheat. I was told this is a known issue and its recommended to use a fan underneath. I am not 8 months into owning it and it constantly overheats with the fan and will crash. It hightlights randomnly whenever I try to use the mouse, it opens a new tab every time I click the mouse. Its basically just a piece of crap. Very unsatisfied with this purchase.

Its Prerty good, its just a bit slow on some programs I need.

This product when running is good, however it has a gilch and needs repair would I buy again no, would buy a Dell.

Not a fan. Was replacing my HP Envy which I'd been very happy with but battery was dying and it was time to update. screenview was poor resolution compared to the envy, keyboard was hard to see and mouse pad was iffy on response. Absolutely everything I went to do ended up with going to Google to find out how to do it. I'm sure it is fine for some, but I absolutely hated it. I've returned it and exchanged for a different brand.

Decent, but the only concern is the 60hz refresh rate. That's dated and unacceptable for a $1,500+ laptop

The computer is too slow running several windoes at once.

This is the first time purchasing an HP from a retail store. Before COVID I always custom built and purchased from HP. Never any problems. The return period expired a week ago and now I see blemishes on the screen. It boots up slowly and will at first opportunity pawn it off on one of our superintendents and order direct from HP again.

Laptop was perfectly fine. The one star is for Best buy sending me a 516 gig laptop instead of the 1 TB that I purchased. They then had the audacity to have me wait almost 30 minutes as they decided if I was telling the truth before refunding me my money. Just horrible

Laptop arrived in damaged box with everything missing.

Didn't work with my Wifi5 at home. Not backward compatible.

excellent speed. OLED screen is bright. weight could be less. keyboard is well designed has backlight.. Only 1 USBC port is a negative. Speed is as great as a latest CPU generation.

Very good computer so far, I did get an open box one, so there are some things that had to be worked out including lots of updates and had to install some drivers that were missing but you can download drivers from the HP website itself and it works just fine. I use it for both work and playing games and so far it has done really well. Some screen glitches but it was previously bought and opened so it should be expected to not be 110%. The touch screen works great I've used it to draw and editing and its worked pretty well so far.

Absolutely stunning, enough juice to get me through the day, fun to write/take notes on, sleek but sturdy build, great keyboard. As an engineering student I am very pleased with my purchase. (Goes on sale frequently!)

I bought this bout 5 years ago. It is an excellent computer with exceptional graphics. However, after about 4 years, it wouldn’t take updates. Then the battery started to swell. I bought a replacement battery and the laptop powered up, but then the screen went black. This is an excellent computer but the life of the computer needs to be improved. Especially for the price.

Our first purchase had a corrupted faulty motherboard. We exchanged it for a new one which is working fine. Overall, A good laptop but be wary of defects and rapidly changing prices.

This laptop is definitely worth the purchase. It worls faster and more efficiently than any of my past laptops

Great laptop wonderful features, easy to use. I would recommend.
