Originally ordered on HP's website with a spec that was later silently changed (false advertising?). That one was a buggy bluescreen mess. Returned it and got a better specced one from Best Buy that's at least been stable after a few changes. Hard to recommend given how much work it takes to make it work, but its a nice machine when it does.

[This product was received free from sample program] As a longtime Mac user, I was interested to see what this HP had to offer. To be honest, I was quite impressed. This model was very sleek, lightweight and easy to use. I really like the flexibility of being able to have it positioned as a classic laptop or can fold and use it as a tablet, which works great with the pen that was included. As a person who travels often, this is perfect to bring along. I really love the touch screen aspect, which makes navigating through programs even faster and easier. The battery life is pretty solid and I was able to go a good amount of my workday without charging. What really stands out is how well the graphics are displayed, the OLED clarity is as crisp as they come, especially on this 16 inch screen. The 5 MP camera is top of the line and the technology with the visuals and virtual conferencing is top notch. The speed and power of the machine is amazing and you can multitask and switch between programs and applications with ease. I mainly used the Microsoft suite, internet browsing and video streaming, which has all worked flawlessly.

The webcam quit working after a few months and cannot be repaired in store it has to be sent out and could be several weeks to get it back.

I will start by saying I am an Apple guy. I have an iPhone Apple Watch and an iPad (3) in my home. I needed something we it’s a larger screen but not in the price of a MacBook. When I received the Hp Spectre in the mail it was well shipped so nothing was damaged. First looks the packaging was very similar to my iPad just with style of box (as seen in pictures) and just super clean and organized. It came with the laptop, manual, charger but also two accessories I didn’t expect. It came with its own signature stamped leather laptop case and a computer safe stylus made for it. The operation is pretty simple straightforward and easy navigation as any other windows operating system I have ever used. The Arc graphics are super clean and fresh and with the i7 processor slow speeds are not a problem with this computer. The backlit keyboard is an excellent addition to this computer it makes it look super clean. I did notice that the battery is pretty solid I was able to use it without being connected to the charger all the time. The 2in1 model is absolutely perfect it gives you the ability to take the 16inch computer and turn it into a tablet is super convenient and easy to use. I definitely like that ability in the variety of way I use it. I have the Xbox game pass connected right with my Xbox controller and played all my favorite games without any problems. It doesn’t seem fragile like some other lightweight laptops that are really almost flimsy. It gives you the ability of lightweight and still well built and strong. Bottom line I would highly recommend this laptop.

I ordered open box that was described as condition excellent with all accessories present, but when it arrived the pen was missing, like a $70 omission. Now instead of the satisfaction of a new laptop, I have the errand of returning this thing to the store as an unhappy customer. Supposedly the A370M GPU is garbage, but I was interested enough to give it a shot anyways because it was a pretty good deal compared to equivalent 2-in-1s that don't even have a discrete GPU.

Worst laptop don’t purchase it it only run 5 mins and turned off and not on and then I contact with hp they said it take 15 days to repair don’t waste your money

It did not work. I got it to boot up once, then after I tried to boot it up again, I got the blue screen of death. Then it wouldn't work. I bought totaltech, and they told me my computer needed a hard restore, and I had to bring it in to BB. So, I returned it. My second return in a few days.
