It also cant be used for gaming. I tried gaming with age of empire 2 at 1990s games and it shutters and any game on steam from spiderman to call of duty freezes. I had the laptop replaced but its the same. The issue is the garbage intel arc370m versus using a rtx3070 that was an option before for this exact laptop but they chose to replace it with a useless arc370m graphics card which cant handle any gaming. They ironically put that same garbage graphics card in their 2020 spectre 16 13th gen laptop. If they offer a version with a rtx 3070, id buy it

This does not disappoint with great usability features like lighted keyboard, fingerprint reader and an included pen input device. You can't beat the specs and performance in this price class. Overall a great machine.

Also, the large full keyboard is a joy to write on. I'm usually a Mac guy but I have fallen in love with this laptop.

All specs were top of the line, minus the Intel Arc A370M. She is not a super gamer, however does run a lot of photo software. This HP was more than ready to meet her needs. Great screen.
