The product (HP Spectre laptop) is very good. HOWEVER, the experience with Geek Squad in getting the laptop setup , including transfer of data/applications from old HP Spectre, was NOT GOOD. Took far too long and the quality/completeness of the work was NOT GOOD.

very quick and responsive laptop, great graphics very clean and crisp almost 3d like. Great Back lighting on the keyboard. I wish the number keypad was located on the right side - it's difficult to get used to using the numbers on the top row now.

Just need a machine specific options a terabytes, large screen, newer processor, etc. I compared it with some of the other brands and this machine added more than the other brands and for considerable less out of pocket.

Solid laptop. Not bright enough for sunny use but that could be said of many. No number keypad on the right side (only at the top of the keyboard) which may be inconvenient for people using spreadsheets, etc.

I waited a few months to see how I really felt about this new computer, I like it so much that I bought another one. If I could make one suggestion, figure out how to make Print Screen easier to use.

Awesome! I was so impressed with all its features! You can use the pen for absolutely everything, amazing 2 in 1.

PSA: PLEASE DO NOT BUY This laptop is a downgrade from last years x360, as it had a Nvidia 3050. The Arc 370M as it is performs worse, CRASHES PROGRAMS (bad drivers), and gets WORSE BATTERY LIFE. To top off what a joke of an ‘update’ this is, it costs $100 more for all of these failures. Do NOT buy if you will be using this for video editing/encoding especially as it stands. The drivers are absolute trash and will not run pretty grans correctly half the time. 2 star only because the CPU is actually good, but P cores dont make a difference for battery life if the GPU draws more power than a 3050.

This laptop is great! I use it for school work and have used it for some of the gaming it comes with. I really like that I can turn it into a tablet if necessary as well.

Picture is beyond perfect !!!!! Everything as described !! There is one bad thing like with everything in this word the pen does way to fast in my opinion even if not using it.

One of the best laptops i have owned in a long time. Didnt get a 5 star because of it atrocious battery life. I would recommended this laptop if you dont care about charging all the time.

So glad we made the investment in this unit. It appears to exemplify a quality above every computer (laptop) that we have ever purchased.

Just wished there was more instructions or a video for what was in box and what I could do with my computer.

Wow! this 2 in 1 laptop is top notch. The feel of it feels masculine and strong. The Speakers are phenominal. Deep rich sound. The battery is sufficient lasted most of the day with moderate use. Computer was extremely easy to set up. The Graphics are deep and bright, extremely responsive. I have always had a mac book and this computer has definitely converted me. I love that I can turn it into a tablet when needed. The intel Evo Platform is amazing, these chips are quick and responsive, and I have not noticed any lagging. The screen is very responsive. not too heavy. I intend on buying my husband this exact computer for Christmas I loved it so much.
