The interface is quick and reaponsive, so theres no "lag" in between any changes made to media. The color range display has been a huge upgrade to how videos and pictures have their lighting adjusted. Watching movies or youtube has been fantastic and crisp on both the visuals and audio. I don't have any drawbacks on this purchase. Its perfect for what I need andalthough some may prefer a lighter or smaller laptop, I enjoy the large screen and the "heftiness" of it. The battery life has been fantastic, even still 2 years later! It hasnt been used for gaming but I can see this taking on any game with its NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU THE KEYBOARDDDD!!!! I love love love the keyboard! It's responsive and not clacky or mushy, its just like natural? Just the right amount of spring and right amount to lube to glide! I also really enjoy the red glow! Super cool Thats as it as a laptop. AS A TABLET!?!?! OMG. Did I mention content creating is a blast?! The pen included has really allowed me to explore a more artistic side of me I didnt know I had. Its draws, colors and writes so freaking well. I cannot stop raving about this laptop. Just buy it!

HOWEVER, the experience with Geek Squad in getting the laptop setup , including transfer of data/applications from old HP Spectre, was NOT GOOD. Took far too long and the quality/completeness of the work was NOT GOOD.

Great Back lighting on the keyboard. I wish the number keypad was located on the right side - it's difficult to get used to using the numbers on the top row now.

Not bright enough for sunny use but that could be said of many. No number keypad on the right side (only at the top of the keyboard) which may be inconvenient for people using spreadsheets, etc.

If I could make one suggestion, figure out how to make Print Screen easier to use.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PSA: PLEASE DO NOT BUY This laptop is a downgrade from last years x360, as it had a Nvidia 3050. The Arc 370M as it is performs worse, CRASHES PROGRAMS (bad drivers), and gets WORSE BATTERY LIFE. To top off what a joke of an ‘update’ this is, it costs $100 more for all of these failures. Do NOT buy if you will be using this for video editing/encoding especially as it stands. The drivers are absolute trash and will not run pretty grans correctly half the time. 2 star only because the CPU is actually good, but P cores dont make a difference for battery life if the GPU draws more power than a 3050.

We have confirmed that there was an issue with the Intel Gfx driver and there is now an updated driver that resolves this issue.
The new driver (Intel Graphics Driver 30.0.101.1748) is available on HP Support here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-x360-16-inch-2-in-1-laptop-pc-16-f1000/2101006126/model/2101006141?sku=67W82UA&serialnumber=CND22103S4
or you can access it through Windows Update.
Please update the graphics driver to resolve this issue.
