    Already had to be repaired twice and I have had it just over a year. It randomly will stop holding a charge and will not recognize the charger

    I never got it! They ordered it there was a delay in the order even though I'm a member they canceled my order after 15-day delay they didn't ask me if I wanted to wait longer. They didn't offer me any options Best buy sucks seriously when it comes to customer service whether you're a loyal member or not.. I wouldn't recommend this product because you'll never get it.
