I love this laptop. It is so beautiful and it is very easy to set up. It's light weight.

Lightning fast, awesome WIFI 6 card but overheats and just OK battery life. Also, the touchpad has significant deadspots. Already one major issue where I had to go through HP support (excellent assistance) to reset the laptop.

It works great! It gets a little warm at times, but it hasn’t caused me any problems.

This is as close to a perfect notebook/laptop computer as I could imagine, with one exception. I misread the specs before I bought it -- I thought that it had a slot a SIMM card, and it doesn't. This isn't a great loss, however, because it tethers quite easily with my Samsung Galaxy S20, both wired and wirelessly. The build quality is amazing, as is support, including software, firmware and driver updates.

Great for when you're on the go. Definitely gets the job done. Average battery life.

Had a laptop for 6 years that I "thought" was more than enough. But, the pandemic came and I had to work from home. The software I had to use to remote into my work PC at work in a hospital would NOT install on my old laptop. So, I had no other choice but buy what seemed like virtually the same thing. But, it wasn't. Thank you Best Buy for shoving me into the 2020's! Hard headed much? Yeah, I can be that.

I really wanted to like this laptop, I did quite a bit of research and decided on the HP due to the form factor and design (love it or hate it, I actually liked it quite a bit). I was also intrigued by the OLED screen, being a first on 13 inch thus far. Unfortunately after picking up the machine and getting it home I came across two issues that ended up being show stoppers for me. First, the track pad - on my machine the slightest pressure or movement of my fingers on the track pad resulted in a slight travel (before the click engages) of the pad. So if you very gently touch the bottom of the track pad it would move, and thus register a click - this was completely unacceptable. When I returned the laptop, I again checked the display model and it displayed the same behavior, but to a much lesser degree and only on one side of the track pad, so I'm assuming this is a QC problem and not as intended design. Second the screen, while the OLED looks great, there is a faint diamond like pattern that goes across the entire screen that, to me at least, was very noticeable on any type of white or light background. This became a thing that once you notice it, you can't un-notice it again. Between those two issues I couldn't help but to return the laptop, for the premium price point it's really a shame and something problems should not be there.
