    Even very basic usage like surfing makes this machine go bonkers!! machine gets too hot to hold, battery draining in approx. 4 hrs against 11 hrs claimed..not at all happy after spending so much :-( Asked best buy to geek squad to trouble shoot or replace it..neither done. They pushed me to HP service centre..HP is still not ready to own it and replace this faulty laptop. This is my last purchase with best buy..thanks for nothing
