A gorgeous, sleek, and HIGH quality laptop! The picture is incredibly vivid, the speakers are powerful, and the entire laptop is SO LIGHT! It was very easy to set up and carrying it around is a breeze. I've received so many compliments on its sleek looks! It can also fold over and work as a touchscreen tablet. A+ for style, functionality, and processing.

The size is great and the weight is great making for easy portability. However, the device gets really hot in minutes and it only carries one usb port, so you will have to purchase a dongle if you need to use multiple ports at the same time.

I had a version of this that was about a year old. That model would randomly lose its wifi connectivity, Always had to remove adapter and restart computer to default back to adapter and to re-connect. This updated model appears to have resolved that issue. The battery life on this is quite good for my tastes. It will go about 9-10 hours of heavy use then I have to plug in. Overall, good quality and performs well.

No issue so far and I love this laptop. 4k oled is great and video watching on this is awesome. Battery life is decent under normal mix use, but I'm usually plugged in so issue for me. I have a gaming PC and laptop so this is only for work and travel. 13 in is great size with tablet mode I have no need to always carry ipad.

The laptop is awesome. Perfect size and beautiful screen... except when you view any white or grey images where you can clearly see dots or a grid across the screen. I thought maybe this was a defect, but I exchanged twice and all had the issue. Very unfortunate that HP left this defect in their manufacturing process.

This is my second HP Spectre X360. This one is faster than the previous one. All in all it is a great machine. The touch screen works great. I would recommend this machine to anybody looking for a good computer.

Love the feel and performance of this amazing machine. The small keyboard may be a challenge for some, but I love the keyboard action. Connecting it to my large display has been difficult but is not a function of the laptop but rather user performance.

Purchased on sale on Cyber Monday. Was looking for a new laptop after storage became an issue on my 2013 mac book air. I had narrowed down my option between the Spectre, Dell XPS, and Yoga C940. I was already leaning toward the Spectre, but once it went on sale my decision was easy. The Spectre is a great value product; couldn't be happier with my purchase. A macbook pro with similar specs would have easily cost me an extra $1000. The Spectre really checks all the boxes. Beautiful OLED display, powerful CPU, great storage, sufficient memory, decent io (compared to similar products), and a comfortable keyboard. Would recommend.

I’ve purchased many different brands of laptops over the years, but this is my first HP. Before every purchase I always do a lot of research and read a lot of reviews, but inevitably wind up having buyers remorse within a day or two. Not this time, because this thing is bad to the bone. I was torn between this one and the Dell XPS, but HP won, because Best Buy had it in stock. The display is absolutely beautiful, it’s super fast, has a huge SSD hard drive and great battery life. I really wish that I could give it the full 5 stars, but there are a couple of minor issues force me to give it 4.75. 1. It runs pretty hot, Too hot to keep on your lap for very long. 2. The Bluetooth randomly drops connectivity to my mouse several times PER day. But if I turn the Bluetooth off then back on it connects right back up, for a while. Other than that I’m happy happy happy.

Great laptop with OLED screen makes movies and everything else look fantastic. Only drawback is the webcam is only fair. With everything else being top of the line with this computer the webcam is like the one you would find in a budget laptop.

I like the display, and delivery was fast and prettily packaged. The fan for the computer can be loud at times and it can get hot easily other than that I really enjoy the computer and it is a nice size to be able to carry around without it being to heavy.

I finally decided I didn't need a desktop PC anymore and selected the Spectre x360 as a replacement. This little laptop works perfectly, I pair it with a 4K monitor and never looked back.

This laptop is awesome. It is portability and lightweight makes an no issue packing it up anywhere I may need it. The 4k oled screen is immaculate. My only complaint is keeping the system light weight there is very minimal usb ports, no hdmi. I will need to get a dock station.

I owned this computer for more that 30 days. I found that the warranty start date was incorrect. I contacted the store and was advised by their manager that they could/would not assist me because of being beyond 30 days. I merely asked for why the incorrect warranty start was different than the purchase date. Their manager said didn't know and not interested in assisting me further and hung up on me. I contacted HP and found that warranty date was started on day computer was build and sent to BB. They agreed that BB should have assisted me better. I purchased extended warranty from HP..their agent was great and did not hang up on me. THE COMPUTER WORKS GREAT SO FAR..JUST LOUSY SERVICE FROM BESTBUY. I HAVE BEEN A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER FOR BESTBUY FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE PURCHASED MANY HIGH END PRODUCTS. THEY DO NOT CARE IF I AM VER FRUSTATED WITH THEM

The weakest feature is the webcam... even years ago they were better than this. Keyboard somewhat mushy but ok... great display. Not suitable for zoom hosting without an external camera.

Amazing screen quality and display! Love the ability to login in with a fingerprint or face scan for ease of accessibility. Also has a great battery life and holds a good charge. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone, great for travel and compactible.
