Very good conditions, looks like new, but missing box, documents, and active pen, which is expected for a “satisfactory condition” used item.

I didn't even get past the Windows log in screen on this laptop. If the backlit keys are on during the day you get white lettering on silver keys. Genius. Thanks to Covid I tried to order a computer without looking at it in store first. You can obviously turn the back lighting off but often I am in places where the lighting changes (evenings, traveling, etc) and I don't want to keep switching it on and off. Returned.

Purchased this for my grandson to take to college. He was able to set it up himself. Loves the the way the keys work and the light weight.

Excellent laptop with a beautiful OLED screen. The convertible ability in either tent or tablet mode is my favorite feature.
