Many Hardware Issues

My issues came down to the hardware. After using it for a month and a half, the microphone and Bluetooth quit working. I sent it in and they replaced the motherboard and screen (for free). Once I received it back, I had it for another month and the same issues occurred. When talking to two other people with the laptop, they also said they had to send it in the first three months due to hardware issues. If everything worked properly on it, it would be a great computer and I loved the 2-in-1 features. The other two people kept the computer and haven't had any further issues after getting it back but for me personally, it's not worth the hassle if they're poorly made/designed to fail.

Geek Squad Certified?

I will be returning to Best Buy for resolve to this issue. This is listed as a Geek Squad Certified laptop. Also I ran a diagnostic on SB ports and they are failing.

Beautiful, Expensive Junk

The laptop often freezes while in tablet mode. Randomly I have also experienced vertical lines on the laptop screen that eventually disappears. Foud many forums relating to the vertical lines, with no explanation of the cause(s). Resolution was not provided by HP; although it is a well known issue. Unfortunately I noticed many reviewers laptop experienced this after warranty ended. Therefore I'm thankful this happened within weeks of purchasing. I am returning this beautiful,expensive junk.

Loud Machine sound
