Purchased this new PC online emergently since BB is not open due to the national emergency, however, school must go on. I enthusiastically opened the box and started the PC and received the following message on a blue screen: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. xx% complete" That is the error message I received from the moment I opened the box until the 6th day when I received this message for the 10th time in one day. I gave up and decided to return this PC. It shut down on me right in the middle of an exam which if I was not prepared, I would have failed. Very disappointed in this product. Had to get a refund; now I am back to square 1 looking for a computer since my daughter's chromebook is malfunctioning and she is using my computer for school.

I bought this laptop in September and the screen does not work. Best buy won't do anything. I can't get a hold of HP. I paid over 800 dollars and now is gone down the drain. Not worth spending the money on something that only last a few months. This laptop also get to hot. Buy Apple if all possible for this amount of money.

After about a year of operating the laptop developed a very very loud buzzing sound not coming thru the speakers. Have not been able to determine the source and cannot get any help from HP. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP.
