Expected Much More from HP

When I opened the box and turned on my computer for the first time the screen saver said, "Dell Computer". I did not think this to be funny at ALL!!! 2. I'm in desperate need of a computer since all work is done from home now. So, I go ahead and use it (after reporting the issue to Geek Squad). Come to find out, the battery life is only good for 4 HOURS!!! HP is having serious issues! 3. I can't take it back for repair because of stay-at-home order so I continue to do my work. It has frozen up several times (had to restart) and gave me a BLUE SCREEN once!! Not acceptable at ALL! 4. This was a special laptop and no more are available. I can't be without a computer for long at all so we will need to work something out VERY SOON! You will be hearing from me again. Guaranteed. 5. The computer wasn't available at my store so one would be shipped to me. It actually arrived on March 27th. 6. My wife has a Spectre that is awesome. I was so jealous that I bought one after being forced to work from home. I was so excited to have my own HP Spectre but something wrong went down at HP and I got jacked.
