Really impressed with this machine. Lightweight. Honestly, I probably don't need the high-end specs of this machine, but they are very nice to have. The color has grown on me. Since purchase, not a single problem. The pen and Windows Ink have surprised me that I find myself using more than I would have thought.

This is a well made laptop with great battery for the amount of power it has.

Trackpad is unusable unless you disable tap to click. With that disabled it also seems to randomly detect right click when I am doing left click. The pen that comes with it is pretty mediocre too. Aside from that it is solid. Just too bad they messed up the trackpad so badly.

It was up between this and the surface laptop 2, don't regret the purchase at all. Thunderbolt 3 eGFX is a big perk, optane might be overkill with ssd drive but apps open instantly. Battery life is good even with 4k display. Keyboard is great, wish it has a mouse pointer stick like the enterprise HP/Lenovo models but still great.

Bought this computer based on reviews compared to a Macbook. I currently own both a Macbook and this laptop but I prefer using this HP. The ease of use is amazing, flipping into a tablet makes it easier for doing art and taking notes. No issues with this in the last year, still using it and loving it!

We like the HP Spectre x360 so much that we've gotten 4 now, 1 for each family member. The screen is gorgeous, the keyboard feels great, there are all the necessary ports, the battery lasts a long time, the CPU is fast, it runs quietly, it's light...

Switched from Mac, this laptop meets all expectations and more. Though I have yet to use the stylist pen, this laptop is my new travel laptop. My only complaint is the laptop take a while to reconnect to wifi when reboot from sleep mode.

I expect quality when I purchase an HP, so I'm frustrated that the camera is having issues, and I look fizzy on conference calls. It's too new to be acting up, I shouldn't need to be getting it repaired so soon but oh well. Otherwise, the system works great, and I like being able to switch from laptop to tablet.

All my career the company provided Dell Computer laptops. After retiring I had to get a laptop of my own, I compared features, style, weight, speed with other brands. The HP Spectre laptop is great for my needs. I liked the special price as well. You do get what you pay

This laptop is excellent! It has all of the features that I was looking for, it is lightweight, Slim.... I love it! Best purchase I've made all year! The only issue I had was with the delivery. Boxes are normally left on my porch, but this box not only displayed the contents, but also the value of the product. I was not pleased!

I used computer for approx 13 days before I returned it. For me the text in several areas of news pages or email areas could not be darkened or enlarged to see better. Also at times when computer went to sleep and I hit a key to bring it back to life it lost the Wi-fi connection so had to restart computer. Other than that it was an average computer. Will wait until Lenovo Yoga C940 comes out in October before buying another computer. I do recommend purchasing Best Buys 3 year computer protection plan and the yearly technical service plan. Always buy the plans because they more than pay for themselves. You never know if problems will arise a few years down the road but at least your protected. If you have three problems of the same issue they will replace the computer for a new one which did happen to me and was glad I had the protection. Will continue to use Best Buy for all my computer purchases and technical needs.

After using Macbook for 6 years, HP Spectre is my first personal windows device. After using this laptop for 1 month daily, I can say this a good laptop for everyday use. It got very comfortable keyboard, awesome screen which can be used in tablet mode. Overall awesome value for money.

Purchased this laptop on 8/20/19 for my son, and 1st week using it at school the camera doesn't work. He made sure that he check that the button is on and to no avail. He went into settings and it saids no camera found. This is impacting one of his classes so badly because he needs to use the camera via skype. Very disappointed. I now have to wait until he returns home and hopefully there's a solution before he returns to school. BTW: I bought one for my daughter a couple months before, and she is now realizing the said thing is happening to her. Not satisfied at all.
