Still in awe of what's on this 2 in 1. So much more than what I'm used to. Chose this over the Lenovo.

Does not play nicely even with HP brand peripherals. I bought 2 HP docking stations, and they both often seize up. Also sometimes doesn't shut down properly, leaving error messages on next startup.

EXCELENT PRODUCT TO BE ENYOIED BY RESPECTABLE PEOPLE

I would love to tell all the people who really wants to buy this laptop, not to buy this laptop because people will get annoyed with the heat of this laptop.

The laptop looks amazing and I planned on using this during college. Unfortunately, this laptop is plagued with numerous software issues. Form the slowing down of the Windows Hello Feature, to it not working properly at all. Having with Microsoft and HP updates made me feel more secure, but the thing is, after the updates would download, it would stop my bluetooth from working,, or wifi not connecting. I have tried to get help fromm HP Support Assistant, but for some reason the technicians can't access my laptop via their remote access application. I can only do so much via phone calls and at one instance have spent close to 8 hours over the phone with technicians trying to help me. Ultimately, in order to get some work done I had to have a recovery done for my laptop and ultimately lost all my data offline. Just when I thought it would be okay again, HP and Windows updates were redownloaded and installed automatically and my issues are back again. I don't usually write reviews but this has absolutely crushed my fate in HP. I called a BestBuy Representative who just told me to "bring it into a store" and nothing can be done remotely, BestBuy's support was disappointing as well. I am failing my courses as they require me to work on the laptop a lot. I feel broken as a customer. Amazon has much better customer service. I heard nothing from BestBuy.

All in all this product was great honestly only reason I took back is because I couldn't use the keyboard shift button keyboard layout needs to be changed
