    This is one of the worst product that ever used. To add to that HP customer service is rude and unwilling to help claiming warranty has expired. They deny the fact that the mother board on this product is faulty and they are aware of this issue. They DO NOT value their customers at all I thought after talking to their customer service manager. I would like to bring this to their higher ups so that they can understand we value HP more than them. Please do not buy HP till they address customer concerns.

    I had to exchange the first one because the audio stopped working. HP chat support said it was a hardware issue. The exchanged computer did the same thing and chat support again said it was a hardware issue. Randomly it started working again but if audio drops out again I will return for a different make. Also you if you need to use hp.com support and have it identify your computer it will say that it is a retired product even though it is brand new.

    THE BATTERY DRAINS WHEN 100% OFF - BIG PROBLEM

    So laptop is awesome - except and this will be a big deal down the road - when 100% off and unplugged - it drains about 10-15% a day. Totally unacceptable. All the good things people say are true- but hey after 6Months of the battery going up and down like that - you are not going to be happy - Suggest you wait for a new model of the same thing
