Hi it's good, I liked it and it's fast I would recommend you to but this.

It has officially been a month of having this laptop it works amazingly for my school work. The touchscreen is nice and convenient. As of recent I have run in to any problems. There were a few reviews about over heating that I was concerned about but as long as you keep it properly ventilated there isn't an issue.

I had done some homework before heading to the store. But was ably assisted by a rep who was glad to be able to find something I forgot on my list yet needed desperately - a mouse. lol. The transaction went well. Install at home was smooth. A very good experience with Best Buy. Which is why I'm a customer. Thanks!

I like some of the features that the old ones don't have like the touch screen

I love my HP laptop, it is heavy because it is a big laptop. Quality was great but recently the double clicking and clicking and dragging mouse function does not work properly when using excel. I have to use an external wireless mouse. I like the large screen.

I bought the computer for school and debated between this and a MacBook Pro and I have never regretted the purchase. This can no only double as a computer and a tablet but changed the game in terms of reading assignments for class and drawing. Extremely happy with the purchase.

We have an older HP laptop that has served us well and still is. The only thing that we don't like about this laptop is there is no place to put a CD or DVD in it but I think all laptops are heading that way now. My wife uses one of the laptops for sewing and some of her programs installs from CD's so she has to have one like that.

Good two in one laptop. The only thing I don’t like is it heats up.

Laptop works great, fast, build quality is excellent. Keyboard is easy to type on almost no missed key strokes, Overall great ultraportable with one major issue the track pad is usable but what HP thinking, it sucks. I have managed to live with due to picking this up on special for $840. Just gives the precision drivers for this HP.

I've had this for about a year and used it a good deal and I'm quite pleased with it. I do wish that nor all laptops had a 15x9 display as opposed to 4x3. But what can you do? I bought it at a price reduction as it had been returned but it is working great for me.

if you’re looking for a high end laptop for programming or other productivity, this is it. It performs amazingly, looks absolutely beautiful, and is extremely versatile for all types of work. I researched laptops thoroughly before buying and I am extremely glad I bought this one.

I bought this computer for my daughter last year June of 2019 and she loves it. The computer hasn’t had any issues. The graphics is pretty nice on this system. It’s easy to carry around for school. All her friends tells her the computer looks fancy.

I wanted a reliable Laptop for writing, surfing, office work and some graphics work. This works heavens. super fast, sleek . i do prefer to connect a mouse, because the trackpad lacks the traditional buttons for left and right click, but its touch screen make up for any of that.

At first , I wasn’t too sure this laptop would be good for my daughter but, it turns out that it was a GREAT PURCHASE so far. My daughter has really enjoyed her laptop that now her friends are thinking of get one as well. I too am considering of purchasing another for my son.
