As laptops go, everything about this thing should scream amazing. It's performance level is off the charts, it's super lightweight, the battery life is great, the screen is nice, and it's got it all...but... The touchpad is just awful. The laptop I tried to replace is a much weaker m3 core processor Surface Laptop with 4 GB of RAM. Yet I find myself completely unable to use this HP and going back to my old laptop because the touchpad experience on the HP is so awful. I'm constantly missing my target because I expect to be able to do everything quickly instead of wasting time "aiming." It turns out HP used Synaptic drivers on this touchpad instead of upgrading like everybody else to Microsoft Precision drivers and there is no way to change it. I've tried it all. If you're spoiled by great touchpads like Surface or Macbook, the touchpad on this laptop will disappoint you.

I am using this laptop for over 1 year, I am very satisfied with the product, only one minor issue is the hinge a little bit weak when you try to move laptop to other place. But in overall the product is good and recommend.

Great performance amazing battery it does not drop significantly in use and isn't plugged in, Perfect size and weight to take it every where with you. love the fact that you can use it as a tablet and a computer is really helpful when I'm in school.

Almost ashamed to say this is my first laptop. I've always been a desktop and seperate tablet user. The fact that this is a 2 in 1 made the transition easier for me. I've used it for both work related and personal tasks and have no complaints.

My ONLY complaint is that the scroll pad stopped working for specific gestures, like a two finger scroll. Other than that I absolutely love this laptop. Does everything i need it to do with the added bonus of tablet use and touch screen if i ever felt like using those features.

I bought this unit intending to use it with a docking station and 2 20" monitors. Unfortunatey, the docking station Best Buy sold me limited me to use the tiny laptop screen and one 20" monitor. I then purchased the HP Spector docking station, only to be told by HP that the HP Spectre docking station does not work with the HP Spectre laptop. Finally got a docking station to work. This laptop might be nice with Windows 7, but 10 is a nightmare. smaller than usual keys are not help and the tough screen to so over sensitive that sometimes even hovering over a spot will activate a link without touching the screen. Battery life okay but not great. I have used HP desktops for years with out issue, but this laptop is my 4th and will not be buying another HP laptop.

A much better alternative to comparable Surfaces which feature similar specs (and less accessories) for a higher price. You'll either love or hate the color which is a deep brown with an almost purple hue to it. The included bag and stylus are a nice touch.

This is the fifth Spectre I’ve bought. We use them for company computers. They’re great systems. Only issue I have is that the hinges are a little lightweight. Never had them break, but they aren’t as rigid as I’d like.

It is super slim and light weight. The resolution and color vibrancy is amazing. Comes with a pen which makes it very convenient. Also comes with a leather holder that I keep mine in all the time

Great computer, I’ve used it for a few years now and never had any problems. It was used for school, work and the occasional video game. Nice to travel with.

This laptop is so much better than anything I have ever purchased before. I always tend to get whatever is cheap, but since I am going back to school I decided to splurge a bit. I’m glad I did!

This laptop has exceeded my expectations with a classy look, fast programs and easy to use. It is light weight and I've been impressed with the battery. I would definitely recommend.

Although I've only owned this product for just over a month, I find it to perform extremely and I've enjoy all of its features. As a student it has come in handy quite often as well.

Love this Laptop. This ho laptop has so many feature that after a year or so I’m still finding out new things that this laptop does.

Was surprised at how light and thin this product was. Great build quality and feel. Also, the laptop comes with a nice quality carry sleeve and pen. Only wish was that it came in the different darker/blue shade of color.

Very convenient great upgrade from desktop tower... Fast transition from applications.. not sure if it's my internet but after hibernating the WiFi stalls and does not connect.

The thin profile ensures that it fits in my backpack nicely and doesn’t add too much weight. The tablet mode and stylus is helpful for note-taking. Definitely worth the money!

I am impressed by the screen clarity, color accuracy (as for my photos), and the great feel of the keyboard! Happy with the responsiveness of this laptop! I recommend it.

A little more expensive than other models / brands, but the quality is really there. It has really good speakers (B&O) as well, so good sound quality if you use that feature.

Works well ive had no issues with it except wifi disconnecting briefly and other windows related problems but the device is perfect for carrying around or using in bed.
