This laptop's spec sheet was just remarkable and since i was in need of a laptop i had to have this one. Design and overall computer is awesome but i could not use it for more than 2 day straights before i had to reset it to factory settings. For some reason it would try to make an update and the next time i tried to boot it it would end up in a boot loop that where only one option seemed to work, yes it was reset to factory. The next day i didnt let it update anything but the next day when i booted it up again same boot loop so i really had no intentions of going through all that with a $1,200 computer. Went straight back to best buy. If they fixed its software i would have it again but not like that.

I bought this HP combo laptop because the model offered by Best Buy on sale had twice the memory (8G insted of 4) and twice the size of the solid state drive (256GB instead of 128.) Since I am taking quite a jump from VISTA to Windows 10, there has been a learning curve that I am still making my thru. I have not traveled with it yet, so I have not really appreciated its smaller size.

This computer has a great bright- clear screen and the touch feature is great. Lots of memory and speed.

It was time to update my work laptop and I am very happy with my choice. Fast, easy to carry, reliable.

I cannot say enough great about this powerful little laptop. The only reason I gave it four stars rather than "5" is that it does not have a DVD drive at all, and it does not have an ethernet port at all. I love the ability to become a tablet, and back again to a laptop just by swiveling the screen!

this thing really is beauty with its slim and sexy lines and curves. I just wish more manufacturers would spend more effort on the aesthetics of these powerful machines. The device is well equipped to handle complex tasks and Im glad that there is finally a windows device that's looks just as nice, if not better than an overpriced toy so called Mac made for 3-year-olds.

I purchased this laptop for my wife and after a couple days of using it, the battery would become so hot that it was unable to rest on your lap, even with clothes on. She called HP and they stated it was a defective battery. There are many threads documenting this occurrence online. However, I simply returned it to Best Buy for an exchange and haven't had the issue again.

I love this laptop, its very fast and great picture. Easy to add things using the Bluetooth.

Good looking laptop and performance as ultrabook is very impressive.

Outstanding laptop. Only 1 small issue, and I need to go back to the tech guys at Best Buy as the text size keeps getting smaller or larger without any prior warning. It's just a bit annoying, but I'm sure it's a small software issue.
