Prior to this laptop I had a Lenovo Yoga 2 that I was happy with at the start and then it suffered multiple breakdowns! Especially Bluetooth related. So this machine is all I wanted and more. It's fast it's sleek and it seems to be very reliable and sturdy.

Computer is quick and efficient. I was impressed with how well this computer worked. I love my dells but stores do not sell the good laptops from dell and we didn't have time to wait for one to ship to us. So we picked this one up as an alternative.

I bought an open box and the Associate Andrew was very nice. when i tried to install my Office outlook and security, the computer had not been cleared therefore I brought it in and the Geek Squad Thor was extreemly helpful and VERY knowlegeable.

Love this computer. Only had for two days but am very happy with my choice. Only complaint is it's not as fast as I thought (but could also be the Web pages ). It has Microsoft edge browser and it's incredible!

Tablets do not fit my business and personal life. The HP Spectre 360 is perfect. It's a fully functioning laptop with the capability of becoming a tablet. I love the 14 second boot, compared to the 2:40 boot of my HP Probook boot time.

I bought this laptop thinking that it was just like all of the other ones I have bought before. Now after actually having this laptop for a while I am in love with this laptop.

We bought this laptop for our son who started high school. He loves it! It's really easy to use and he can do homework, research, watch movies and so much more with it. Highly recommend it and hope he will use it through college.

We purchased 3 of these for our executive team that travel and need a fast, lightweight, small computer powerful enough to run power point presentations. Great so far!

Works great! Still have much to learn! I'm impressed with the battery life. Some said that their WiFi connection would be lost but I haven't experienced problems with WiFi connectivity yet.

A great product. Fast, sophisticated (probably overly so). I wish I could get rid of the permanent apps on the screen, which I don't use.

I have never owned a laptop before buying the HP Spectre, and I am in love with it. Great purchase. Now I just need to find a suitable case for the 13.5" computer. Any suggestions?

This computer was nice as a 2 in 1 however, the speed was not what was projected. Using as a business computer it did not meet my needs.

I had it for almost a month and I am very happy I chose that laptop. It works great. I had a slight issue with its network drivers, but it was easy to fix. Overall great machine.

Picture is great, startup is very quick. I use it for pharmacy school and don't have any issues with compatability. Very easy to navigate. Internet explorer and edge take getting used to but I love my computer!!

Purchased this laptop for my son for college, he likes the size and capabilities that it offers.

The purchase experience and the work of the Best Buy sales associate at the cell phone counter was great. But the phone has had problems and I will be going back to the store.

Had a 6 year old laptop with Windows OS and outlook. Wanted to migrate to newer technology. This notebook product is a great compromise on PC/tablet functionality. A win/win for me. HP Spectre x 360

Absolutely fantastic for photo editing and even gaming! There's no CD/DVD-Rom, but you can add-on. No issues even after using this for 1-year. Love the HP-First Run products!

I had problems with a previous purchase and best buy allowed for an exchange. This laptop is super thin and light with i7 the only problem is it is not a 1tb hard drive. So far it's been great

Overall good performance, look and feel. There is some weight to the laptop and it takes some time to get use to tablet mode. The touchpad is too big though.
