This laptop has a really nice screen on it. The mouse pad is really annoying being that it is two times the size of a normal mouse pad and you really have to search for the right button. We had a problem right off with the soundcard playing things correctly . It was coming out very scratchy sounding. This appears to be a common problem. I hope they can fix this issue. It's probably something to do with the driver.

This laptop is excellent. Works very well. Has a good processor speed. Silver color makes it very attractive. It very small size makes it very portable.

It has been 5 years that I’ve had this laptop and it’s still in pretty good condition. I did break the screen accidentally within the first year of owning it; however, HP was able to repair it for me with a charge that I don’t remember the amount. Overall, I love this laptop in terms of use and aesthetic. The best part, I purchased this open-box for a great deal!

I was really hesitant about purchasing a HP brand laptop, because I have had a few HP lower priced models that had major issues. I had been researching for a laptop with great battery life, at least 2.4ghz, 8gb ram,. This laptop was the best for the price, I was also considering a MacBook or the Dell XPS 13. When the price dropped, I jumped on this laptop for having the best overall performance for the price plus it was versatile being able to fold into tablet mode or tent AND TOUCHSCREEN PLUS PEN INPUT. (I use the Dell Active Stylus) I know that the digitizer and pen input is not as great as the an N-Trig or Wacom based digitzer in offered in other laptops but it is decent enough for my needs. Which is to digitally paint and draw for conceptualization or as a hobby. I even use it to draw elements in my design. This laptop has become my BABY. I use it all the time for design, and frequently use it in tablet and tent mode. I know other reviewers said they don't use the other modes quite as much but I have used them all the time and very seamlessly I might add. I can do coding in laptop mode in Dreamweaver and then flip it back to use pen input for drawing/masking/erasing in Photoshop or Sketchbook Pro. The battery life is jaw dropping for me. The first time I used it for a full day, it lasted almost 20hrs with light use. 18 hours using the adobe suite, watching netflix, surfing the internet, streaming the music and playing games. The reason I was drawn to the MacBook was because of the battery life, which are toted as being the best and this laptop I feel is on par with one in that aspect. I never have to worry about bringing my charger with me to school, because the battery barely drains by the time I get back home. Windows 10 on it has been an excellent experience on the Spectre x360. It is so smooth and allows the transition from laptop to tablet to be easy and intuitive.

Worst bestbuy purchase I've ever made! Laptop had good reviews online so I decided to buy it as a replacement of my desktop. After 2 weeks of getting it, it started going through a power cycle and error that no hard drive installed. Brought it to the store they sent it out, I'm without a computer for 3 weeks. They said they replaced the hard drive. Got it back, 4 days later, it started happening again. Came back to the store, they said "nothing we can do" I talk to the manager, Alishia, and she was rude, she wasn't even looking at me when I was talking to her and said "nothing we can do except sending it again" it's the first time I hear that a manager can't override a return policy period! I work in the phone industry and know that it's possible even after 6months of purchase! But I guess she decided not to help! Sending it out again, will probably continue having the issue until I give up and buy a new one! Never gonna buy anything again from bestbuy, since he manager, Alishia, and I'm sure the rest of them, cannot help.

Definitely recommend this laptop. Take it with me to work every day. Light and dependable.
