    Lightweight laptop with high quality display. Enjoy using tablet mode. Silver keyboard can be difficult to see if not a touch typer. Need more use to assess ruggedness and battery life. Chose to get a Bluetooth mouse that did not require a USB receiver to conserve available ports. Have had good experience with previous generation HP Spectre laptops.

    Everything worked as it should have right out of the box. No issues, driver problems, or anything since my purchase. (I think I've been using it about a month now?) In other words, the burn in period was trouble free and non-eventful. It has even made me think twice about my contract with the Geek people as a safety net. Even the Bluetooth mouse works well... Imagine that?

    I was a little skeptical about the body, but once I felt the frame of the computer, it not cheap plastic. It's sturdy metal. It runs smooth, great sound, and the touch is spot on!

    This is both a back up and travel computer but I'm tempted to make it my regular computer. My desktop computer has 32 gigs of ram because I create digital graphics and art. This new HP Spectre with 8 gigs of ram loads files way faster than my desktop computer. I love it and after I test some of the color matching that I do, I just might make this my primary machine.

    Purchased this laptop after my Toshiba stopped working. HP is lightweigh. Touch screen is an added plus, but it seems speed is an issue. I'm connected to a 5g network, but laptop take a while to load/open programs. Mouse also seems to jump around even when I'm not moving it.
