The only problem so far with this computer has been Windows 10 crash. Otherwise good little computer and understandable PC commands. Macs are great computers but confusing for someone used to PCs.

I'm very pleased with it so far, but did not realize there was no network input and that you can only utilize wireless network connections. Fortunately so far, I've always been able to find a Wi-Fi connection.

Nice size, weight, and functions ok; screen resolution is awesome, however, gets really hot and often shuts down as a result of heat so it seems; taking for service to see if there is a problem. If there is a solution to the heat and intermittent shut down I would recommend. However, the shut down situation is a concern.

This product is great for any need. The two in one feature allows the product to be used in any situation. It is perfect for sketching, tablet apps, watching Netflix, and completing assignments. Overall, it is a very universal product and is worth the money.

This is an awesome computer/notebook... I did not think I would use the touchscreen or notebook feature much, but it was the best computer for the price that met my grad school requirements. I use the touchscreen and notebook features all the time

This laptop is perfect for every day use - from watching Netflix to playing games. The graphics are good, the sound is decent, and being able to fold it into a tablet is super convenient!

Best 2-in-1 laptop for the price

I'm really liking my Spectre x360. To be honest, the x360 was originally my runner-up to the Surface Book, but I wound up returning the Surface Book because it was supposed to have 8 GB of memory but only 4 GB was showing under the settings. How can a $2,000 laptop be missing half its RAM? Scared off by such a glaring defect, I went with the Spectre instead. I may try a Surface Book again later, but for now I'm happy with my HP. Here is my list of pros (+) and cons (-): + Good price -- better than the Surface Book for a bigger hard drive (512 GB solid-state) + Runs fast -- Windows 10 is quick and responsive + Solid battery life so far + Thin design is very stylish, and I love the 2-in-1 capabilities. In tent mode, it's great for watching movies when traveling. + Comfy keyboard with the right function keys. The Surface only had one Ctrl key on the left; the Spectre has both, which is crucial for all the keyboard shortcuts I use. + The backlit keyboard is also a handy feature. There's a dedicated function key (F5) to turn it on and off. It's a big bright, but at least it's not hard to miss. + It's not in the Quick Start guide, but my trackpad supports 3 finger gestures. Swipe up for task view, swipe down to minimize + Some reviews complained about the wide trackpad, but I don't mind it. It doesn't respond to your palms touching it and the corners are used for right and left-clicking respectively + Great resolution on touchscreen. Images look sharp and vivid. - On the negative side, glare on the screen can be bad in bright light - Too heavy to use as a tablet. It's more of a lap-tablet. Then again, the Surface Book tablet was almost too big to use as well. - Runs hot sometimes -/+ Mixed: Screen is not detachable like the Surface Book, but I have mixed feelings about this anyway. The Surface Book's screen when detached was so big and slick it was clumsy using it. A part of me still likes the idea of the Surface Book's detachable screen, but in reality it may not be practical.

Perfect size! A touchscreen tablet yet still sturdy like a laptop! The only negative is the battery does not last as long as described.

This replaced my HP with Vista - and I am still getting use to it. A lot of features on this I do not like as well - much harder to find what I'm looking for - too much jumping back & forth when E-Mailing - etc. If it wasn't for my wonderful Son-in-Law saving me (especially via Team View) - thank goodness, his job is computers and I don't do anything without consulting him first.
