Since I was around 10 or 11, I've always enjoyed using HP. Their biggest downfall is overheating and not exactly smooth mechanics. I got this computer ready to move on into the world with a two in one laptop but this not only stopped working, froze up, and struggled to work consistently, it was just a mess. If you want a great two in one laptop, get the Dell Inspiron 13. It performs miles better than this HP laptop. It's cheaper and is a two in one laptop.

This computer was only used for school things, never let my pc heat up. So I took my laptop to HP, paid $50 to send it to the lab and got a call back that it was going to be over $700 to replace motherboard. Not happy and will not recommend.

Graphics driver failed several times. Internet would stop working all time the time. Also, I would have to restart my laptop after it came out of sleep mode. Returned it.
