For someone who isn't very computer savvy I felt more than comfortable using this one nothing too fancy and easy.

This little computer is quick and easy to use. I would have preferred an easier setup, but I was unable to be there in person at the time of setup.

I am very well pleased with all the features of my new replacement computer — especially its size, weight, graphics, and resolution. Sales representative was extremely helpful with my selection, and, with Geeksquad’s knowledgeable help, I got all my data transferred expeditiously from the hard drive of my prior computer, downloaded all the software I need, and am now happily up and running better than before.

I really like and this is my second HP Spectre. After 5 weeks, metal shows no staining; materials seem great. Few input ports and I required a big external input jack that aggregates multiple cords. That's the offset from having such a compact PC with a few ports. When I travel and type on my lap, I think the PC will be ideal...it's compact. Uses Windows 11, which I think is "eh."

The condition I purchased the open box item for is not as stated/listed. It’s missing the pen that says it was suppose to come with. A little disappointed as I would have spent a little more for a new one to get all the things with it. I called customer service and they said my only option was to return the whole item via ups and they couldn’t send a pen separately and it seems like more of a hassle than it’s worth so I’m just kinda stuck with it now

I waited a year to write a review. Enough time to see if problems arose. They did not. It works as it should and helps to change the poor record I had with other HP devices. I have the Geek squad backup so I took a chance with this laptop. I dislike the reviews that say I've the product a week and it's great. A year and no problems-that's great

This was a replacement for my old Sprectre x 360 model I purchased in 2018. The laptop works great and the screen display is spectacular. The only things I'd change are the new USB port since it's a pain when plugging something in it...also that there is a little gap when the lid is closed that makes it easier for dust to come in.

Great business laptop to have battery life is amazing would 100% recommend.
