Highly disappointing, After reading all the reviews I plopped down the seventeen hundred for the 360 expecting the highest quality for that price
The Good - Its faster than my 15 yr old Inspiron 9400 and with that much memory it fires up within four to five seconds., Having five or more web sites open at one time is no problem.
The bad. Terrible low volume speakers. Some Utube Videos barely loud enough to hear without straining to hear.
The graphics / screen resolution is better but again not much better than my 15yr old Inspiron - not 1,700 better for sure.
So I got more speed and memory that's about it.
In retrospect I would look at another Dell.
Bottom line over priced for what you get.

It is a great laptop. I love how it can be a laptop or a tablet. The speed is also not bad at all. I got this laptop for college, it worked really for my schooling needs.

Where do I start?! This laptop is a powerful beast in an elegant and sleek chassis. The display is vibrant and beautiful, making it a joy to watch anything fr YouTube Videos to 4K films and shows on streaming platforms. The speakers are a total dream! Whether I'm working from home, or typing up a social media post, the keyboard is ample and a pleasure to use. I have no complaint about this laptop, from the quick facial and fingerprint registration, to the ability to have more than ten windows programs open without a hitch, this laptop was absolutely worth it. After my 2015 Spectre finally gave out in 2021, I knew I would not be wrong getting another Spectre. I am absolutely loving this laptop.

I was hoping it would be better because it was expensive, but the camera is dreadful for my use (Zoom). I had to purchase a camera to place on this laptop. Then I realized my mic could not be plugged in along with the camera as there is only one USB port. I then had to purchase another gadget that would allow 4 more USB ports. I am ok with this now, but I wish the sales person had been more informative.
I probably would not purchase this laptop again.

I love it and there’s just a loud fan noise from time to time. It runs fast for what I’m using it for. The beautiful rose gold finish is gorgeous and the touch screen option is great.

After using for a few months, the HP Spectre became my favorite one to use. The excellent performance alone is well worth the price I paid. The copper design esthetics is a nice touch. The hinged display can be adjusted to any angle, from flat to full tablet mode. Touch screen is responsive with good brightness. The only con I can think of is the sound. Not the worst, but its a little tinny. You can't expect much in the way of sound from a ultra thin laptop.

I've been wanting this laptop for about 4 years now and finally pulled the trigger. It's fast, easy to set up, and completely user friendly. I have a dual monitor setup with it that allows me to have a total of three monitors including the laptop screen. The only think that I've found is that the touch screen is a little off when I'm trying to draw on the system. I'm an artist but I don't think I will be using this feature too frequently. If I do find that I am drawing more on this that I expect to, I'll most likely download a specific software program. I did have to purchase an external docking station for my dual monitors, printer, scanner, and wireless keyboard and mouse, which I actually prefer because it makes my system easily grab and go. I'm starting to use Divinci Resolve on the system and the speed is wonderful compared to my last system. The screen clarity is great. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Battery Swollen after 18 Months

I purchased the Spectre x360-15 from Best Buy 18 months ago. While I was initially very pleased with the PC, I now regret my purchase. It has had two sets of rubber feet delaminate which was disappointing but recently, the battery swelled and warped the case severely by over 1/4" such that the display wouldn't fully close. Then suddenly the swollen battery degraded so fast that the touchpad actually protruded out of the case. This PC was expensive and at 18 months is out of warranty and needs an expensive battery replacement. It was my first HP purchase and I'm disappointed. If considering this model, consider an extended warranty.

Excellent laptop. I am a device snob. I have a note 20 ultra, galaxy tab s7, and I owned the previous generation of the spectre. and this is the best device I have ever owned. I don't understand the complaints about the fan. I could barely hear it. It's fast. The display isn't quite an amoled, but still great. The only complaint I have, and it's small, is that I wish the hinge were stiffer.

I would have liked more USB ports in the machine, but the hub I hooked up to it solves that all. Fast, responsive, even better than my HP Envy I have. The optics is beyond what I had hoped for. Battery life is very good. The hub I have hooked to it is at least 5 years old so I suppose it's a 2.0, and I'm by no means a geek with this stuff. I'm running a portable DVD drive, a 2 TB, 4 TB, and .5 TB drives from it as well as a wireless mouse, all with no problem.

I did not know that I wanted a laptop with a touchscreen or with a full number pad. 100% will never go back.
I was looking to upgrade from an old Samsung laptop and wanted something that would last long for the cost. This laptop is so easy to use, setup, and will do anything you ask of it.
I find that it is my go to computer over my desktop for work.
