Nice computer before it updated and broke!

Everything was fine until it updated the drivers and the soundcard never would work again, even after rolling back and even deleting the drivers and trying to reinstall again. I was extremely disappointed and there were no others available to replace it so I went with the dell xps 7590 and like everything about it except no 2 in 1 or touch screen.

I think I got a lemon

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m 4 months into ownership, and my Bang & Olufsen speakers sound very tinny and not at all “Bang & Olufsen-y,” my “y” key is broken, my earphone jack seems to be on the fritz based on my Zoom call participants (To the point where they simply can’t hear me and when I unplug I can’t hear them?!?), and my front facing integrated camera changes from dark to light constantly, with an occasional disruption or jolt of static about every 30 seconds (based on what I and my Zoom participants see). I’m going to try for a factory warranty repair. Fingers crossed.

Purchased November 2019 and it was "junked"

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not sure whether I am more upset with the display of this laptop stopped, or that when the laptop was brought into the store the the repair that it was apparently junked on 07-31-2020 and we were not informed of this until today 08-18-2020 after making several phone calls to the Geek Squad. I am not a very happy or satisfied customer at this point. And now this laptop is no longer available in new condition, but only refurbished. Why would I want to get a refurbished one?
