Overheats constantly.

This thing overheats every single day as a standalone laptop. When I hook it into an external display I have to use a cooling pad. Non-stop heating issues throughout. I would stay far away from this if you don't want to waste 2 grand. To make it worse, the HP laptop I upgraded from was doing the same thing. I will never buy an HP laptop again.

Great Laptop, Bad Customer Service

There was no size between this and an 11 inch, so I chose this size and it is not worth using for a tablet. If you're considering switching from a Surface, stick with what you have.

This laptop has a very strange position of camera, and possibly the microphone. Every time the other side can only see my chin unless I adjust the laptop to a very uncomfortable angle. The noise is huge that I can only call in using my phone. Would never buy it again. Very disapointeed.
