Cooler than the Macbook
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was considering between this and a MacBook for my wife's school laptop. The touchscreen is a cool feature and the price for the features is great. The 4K display can be a little trouble some to certain apps that connect to a projector or smartboard. Still, it's a fabulous laptop and well worth the money for a powerful light laptop.

Great laptop for business
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use my laptop primarily for work and am mobile most of the time. This laptop starts up super fast and is ready to go. Touch screen is responsive as well. Only knock would be the brightness lowers sometimes for no reason, even if battery is not getting low but it's a quick fix and then fine for a while. Would buy again.

Great Value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the HP for over a month and am really happy with the product. Well designed, light and decent battery life. I only wish the memory was upgradable. However, 16GB is sufficient. The touch pad sometimes registers taps when you are typing, If not for those two items, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Spectre x360
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Spectre x360 is the best computer I've ever owned or used. The touchscreen is amazing, keyboard's the perfect size, great sound, multitasking has been really effortless, and it's so quiet, I totally get the name now. I would recommend without hesitation. Tablet and pc all in one sleek package. Now I want the pen...

Beautiful Craftsmanship
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have given this laptop 5 stars had I not had to take the first one back. The laptop is made beautifully. It is thin, light, 4k, very flexible. The only set back I had with the original laptop was my resolution. After taking all the recommended updates and updating my drivers it was still wonky. Best Buy honors their agreement and took it back with no problem. I have not had the resolution problems with the second laptop and I love it. I do wish there was a keypad, a 15+ laptop should not be without one and it seems weird that they didn't take advantage of the layout and include one. The key placement is a bit out of joint for me so it took my fingers a little getting used to, I keep hitting the caps button for no unnecessary reason.... I would also like the option to upgrade the SSD to 1 TB vs 256, that really is the base amount and I think the entry level should be 500 without having to go to the manufacturer website to order. So far, I love working with it and will update after a couple of months to add more thoughts.

Good computer had trouble with some programs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great computer. I upgraded to a larger drive. Be careful when purchasing due to the ultra high def screen. Some programs have trouble being used with a 4K resolution. Other than that great computer. Touch works great too in tablet mode.

Quick and powerful
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Light and compact with large screen. The system operates very quickly and does a great job of handling multiple applications that require extensive computing power. Was disappointed that the graphics card couldn't handle more than 2 monitors as was confirmed by the Best Buy Microsoft sales manager in the store.

Wow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been an IT pro for over 30 years and have had dozens of different machines in my hands through the years. Without a doubt, this is the most elegant and capable laptop I've ever owned. Not only is it beautiful, it's able to replace my desktop and tablet combined. The 15.6 size screen is a bit big in tablet mode - especially if you're reading a book on the plane, but the smaller 13 should be perfect for the road warrior types. Everyone who sees it wants to touch it which is fun. I highly recommend this light laptop to any business professional who wants or needs a tablet and pc. This does both.

The Spectre 360 is Supurb!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this laptop to replace a 12-yr. old HP that simply quit working one day. The Geek Squad was able to re-image all of my lost content onto this new one without any issues. This new one is a superfast screamer, able to several tasks at once without any hiccups whatsoever. My only issue that I should have thought more deeply about is it's solid state core memory. Sure, it allows the box to quickly turn on and is the reason why it is so very fast handling all the multitasking issues. However, it has a built-in shelf life compared to that of the old technology disc drives. Although those old drives may fry-out on the hardware side, like my last one did, the information is still intact and retrievable. No so on the solid state ones, I've since learned. My quickie solution is to now always write to an external old-style drive, like a Toshiba Canvio. The only things residing on the Spectre are the OS and all my programs. I never write to the rather small (224 GB) internal hard drive, so that it always runs in peak-performance mode.

easy to use computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never thought I would buy an HP again - only because of their service reps - but with Geek Squad contracts it is much more appealing to me, This computer is great how it goes from a laptop to tablet in a whiz. We use it to read the newspaper and it makes a read so much more pleasurable.

One of the few with 4K
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome laptop for the price. I bought this for my girlfriend and she doesn't have a single complaint. Untill now it hasn't crashed, froze, or glitched with any of the features. Tablet mode is awesome and works seamlesly 4K display is gorgeous to look at (althought with a slower internet connection it does take some time to buffer). Keyboard (backlit) and trackpad feel nice but the lack of button edges and cuts on the pad is kind of weird, and makes it hard to find them sometimes. My only downside to this laptop is that is very, very big, almost defeating the purpose of a portable laptop; I chose this size for the 4K display, with the similar 13in model you loose 4K but gain portability, I guess is just a matter of which works best for you. Lastly, the screen on laptop mode is not too firm, when using the touchscreen it bounces back and forth with the slightest touch to the screen, of course using tent or tablet mode fixes that problem I just wished it was a little more firm, over all, very satisfied with the buy.

Excellent Laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer to replace an aging laptop that I was able to trade in to off set the cost of the purchase. This laptop is more compact and easier to travel with and does everything I need it to do plus more. As the 4 K display is really awesome but have taken full advantage of yet.

Light weight
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop feels very nice, light, and slick. I like the convience of the touch screen. Performance and speed isn't bad as long as you clean your computer often the only thing is there's always new updates which can be tedious.

Nice laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a nice laptop with low weight. I travel a great deal so this laptop comes in handy. Love the 4K screen. The only thing I miss is the 10 key set up from other 15.6 inch laptops. That's the only negative on this thing.
