Great laptop computer. Connecting speed to internet is fast, lots of storage. The only downfall is that the keyboard does not have the right side of number keys. Am finally getting use to tbat. Very happy with my purchase. The salesperson at Best Buy was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I switched from 2016 MacBook Pro (the one with the touch bar) to this laptop, and I can't describe how satisfied I am. I would Absolutely recommend this over that MacBook Pro, even though it's half the price but performance wise (specially with gaming) this laptop is 10 times better.

I purchased the HP Spectre for my wife (we are seniors). She wanted a light weight, streamline (thin) laptop computer that had Windows 10 and was easy to use. Mission accomplished! It was very easy to set-up and start using. It has a very clear screen. I would highly recommend this laptop!

This laptop looks pretty good, the design is amazing, but this laptop is a little bit tricky because you can see the specifications and you can get impressed, BUT I used this computer for 2 weeks and it stared giving me problems with adobe premiere, word, and even the internet, giving me black screen, freezing, and crashing. The Geek Squad Services said that the problem with this computer is because it doesn't have any ram dedicated for graphics!!! so, this laptop could be very beautiful, could have 4K, and 16 GB ram, but if it is not going to work well because of the graphics "IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO SPENT YOU MONEY ON A LAPTOP THAT CAN NOT RUN SIMPLE PROGRAMS" because it doesn't have any ram dedicated for graphics. I gave 3 starts just for the design, that's it!

Great powerful computer. I use it everyday for excel and other business and school needs.

Well for starters I didn't really know what I was looking for the laptop but there was an awesome girl that helped me at the Apple Valley store and she explain to me what everything was and I told her my needs of what I needed my laptop to have and so she guided me to this laptop and I have to say that this laptop to me is better than a Mac because when I purchased a Mac I didn't know anything about it and nobody explained anything to me about the Mac that I purchased prior to my laptop at the Victorville store so I went to the Bear Valley to the Apple Valley store and that's where I met a girl there that I mean she was very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain to me how the laptop work and it's functions and she just made it very simple for me to understand and comprehend and be able to to use the laptop to my expectations and it exceeded it and I'm very happy and thankful that she was able to help me because she's a real professional

Works great, great picture, just didn’t notice didn’t have place to burn cds.

I liked the system features but wished for LAN connector and for an HDMI port. The edges of the aluminum case are a bit too sharp for comfort when your hand is resting on the edges. Display is clear and bright, reasonable sound quality, no performance issues.

This beautiful laptop is so easy to use from the moment it comes out of the box. The touchscreen is responsive. The display is sharp. There is no noise since it includes a solid state drive. If the battery lasted a little longer it would certainly rate 5 stars.

Was replacing an older HP laptop and had initially selected a MacAir, but just didn't want to pay for the little apple symbol. Family member went for the macair and I got this spector. My 15" screen is a lot easier to read and the price was about 25% less.

This laptop nails all my main requirements: great monitor in a light weight body and oodles and oodles of power with SSD technology. Was going to get the Yoga 900 and this was released just in time affording me the opportunity to get a powerful laptop with an awesome monitor.

Fast to turn on/connect to wi-fi. Light weight & durable. Very user friendly. Had some initial issues with the Action Center popping up unnecessarily, but a quick restart updated the software and self-corrected that problem, and it hasn't happened since.

I needed to be able to have a functional keyboard on a tablet and this fit the bill. Easy to use, bigger screen for someone that wears glasses, no problems with keys being tapped when in tablet mode, and easy to present material without everyone having to lean in.

Powerfull, light and nice looking machine. Fast hd, plenty of ram, silent, do not get hot. Comfortable keyboard and good audio quality.

Love this laptop. The only thing I didn't like was it didn't have a CD burner but the rep showed me you could buy the burner separate and they were only like $30 bucks. He also explained why they don't make them with the burner now and it made more sense.

It is easy to travel with since it is so lightweight. Screen and keyboard are a great size. When you use the touchscreen, the screen does wobble a little since it is so slim, but other than that little annoyance, it works perfectly every place i take it.

This computer worked really well for online classes. Easy to get set up with minimal learning curve. Plenty of memory for gaming & playing around without closing out all apps before starting your game. Occasional glitches but quick restart has corrected the problem each time. Very lightweight and easy to travel with. Recommending you to air out the case for several days -- it has a strong new car smell that is a little overpowering! Nice screen size with great pictures. Overall love the laptop. Would have rated it a five, but those tiny glitches keep me from giving it the highest rating. (Screen flickered or froze about half dozen times in the past few months)

After a lot of research I decided to try the HP Spectre x360 with 15.6 inch screen. With Best Buy return policy I could give it a good test drive. Now I am very glad I purchased this laptop. It is fast with 16GB RAM and a 256GB Hard Drive. Flex makes it highly versatile for business at a desk, or in the evening surfing the web while using the backlit keyboard function. I'm glad I was picky and did my research - - very happy with HP Spectre x360.

This laptop has a great display and is wicked fast. It's amazing the difference an SSD makes and upgrading to a new laptop in general is great. Our only issue was installing legacy software - getting an old version of office working on windows 10 is a pain.
