At nearly $1500, and from looking at the specs, I thought I'd be getting myself a nice piece of equipment. The volume down/F7 button does not work, it makes a weird buzzing noise all the time, which I am convinced is coming from the hard drive, it overheats after next to no use at all, when I got it, the SD card slot was bent down in toward itself, it sucks at finding and connecting/staying connected to WiFi networks, and that seems like it's just the beginning of my problems with this thing. Maybe it isn't just the computer, but Best Buy itself. I returned an HP Envy the day I purchased this computer (the Envy, I also purchased in that same day) that didn't even boot to the initial startup screen, and a defective Windows tablet that ran slower than anything I had ever seen before last year. I am not at all impressed with the equipment I have gotten from this company in the last year, and I expect my product to be replaced - again.

I bought this laptop for my brother. He loved it. The best one within the budget of mine with all the best technical specifications.

The PC has a solid state drive and works flawlessly! We are very happy with the product!
