Turning on this slightly underpowered machine should not be difficult, and perhaps for normal-handed folks it isn't. But with difficulty using my hands, this small [hidden?] on-switch is frustrating. Oherwise, I'm pleased to know that obnoxious parts of Windows 10 can be defeated – at least if one signs on as administrator.

Needed a new lap top choose an HP it was easy to operate like the touch keyboard

I need to take my laptop to Geek Squad which honestly just peeves me off. It's brand new, I should NOT have issues of ANY kind. There seems to be a weird pixelation problem with my screen that only pops up randomly. Some websites and word/excel documents don't show up right on the screen, it's like gibberish. So I close out of it and re-enter whatever it was and poof, pixelation gone. I don't get it. On top of it, ALL Microsoft Excel spreadsheets freeze 100% upon opening and I cannot do a single thing! I have no idea if that's a laptop problem or a Microsoft Excel problem but after spending $1800 on this laptop and additional software IT SHOULD WORK! Super frustrated as this laptop was NOT my 1st choice and the sales guy talked me into it. I should've went with my gut. Don't get me wrong, it has some pluses but right now I'm having a hard time highlighting those.
