Today is June 18 and my repair was estimated to have been completed before today. (Delayed for parts that must be coming from overseas.) The day I opened the box I noticed 2 things that were not right. The speaker holes on the left were damaged and one of the keys on the keypad did not light up as the rest do. If my nine-year-old son had not attempted to close the laptop with a writing pen on top of the keyboard, and cracked the screen, I would have asked for a new laptop. Instead, I immediately returned the device for repair and am waiting for its completion. .. apparently waiting for parts that are evidently not in this country. I am very glad I purchased a 3-year extended warranty.

The keyboard feels great and the touch pad is at Mac's level. Also the 4K screen is glorious. It would be great for everyday use but the graphics card just doesn't work for the kind of softwares I use.
