    Like product. Sales person was a sales person not an advocate to help me find what is best for me. Must be on commission. Sales person also was either not knowledgeable or chose not to advise of issues which could be anticipated that would be a hassle.

    The laptop is beautiful and has great graphics to view photos. Best Buy recommended webroot anti-virus, it failed, miserably. I got "ransom-ware" virus which denied me use of the machine within two hours. I did not go to any suspicious websites.

    I was looking for a computer that was light and powerful and had a good camera for Skypeing to go overseas. Unfortunately, the computer was a little bit heavier and the camera was not that good. So I exchanged for Lenova 900 Yoga.

    I wanted a computer that could handle graphic and video editing tasks. Completed projects look great and makes for easy presentations, however it locks up every time I try to render 3d objects in Adobe Illustrator CC.

    The sound for me often doesn't work for me and the size is bigger than i wanted i wish there was a way they show you before buying. no microsoft words sucks as well as the quality in which mine was delivered

    The laptop in itself is okay. It boots fast with the SSD, and responds quickly. The down fall is the limited amount of hard drive space with SSD's.
