I love this laptop, very fast. and I live the service

It is a very nice laptop. Fancy and all. Very light.

Laptop is easy to set up, easy to use. Boots up very fast, programs load very quickly. In tablet mode you can split the screen, I haven't tried in regular mode. I watch movies on it, has a great picture. I am giving it a 4 star rating because HP put out an update that crashed my computer and it had to be serviced. So do not turn on automatic updates. If HP had not done that I would've given it a 5 stars for sure. It is a bit heavy compared to the smaller tablets, I use mine for school so weight is not much of an issue. I like the track pad on it, you can tap the pad to click on something you don't have to actually press down to click on something, you can if you want, it wil 2 finger scroll. The pen is super handy, I have had to draw some stuff for class and it works great and is also handy in tablet mode! Overall I highly recommend it.

I initially had to return this computer because the fan was constantly running at full speed but the new one I got didn't have the same problem. I use this for school and doing projects on the side. I am a Software Engineering major and need to run hardware intensive software and it can run the programs I need with no problem. The display is great and it is nice to use the touch pen to make quick mock ups or to take notes. The keyboard is excellent and easy to type on. The reasons why I can't give this five stars is because there is an issue with the audio driver where it won't start playing sound until a couple seconds after you have started a video or started listening to music. I have found a work around by using my headphones with the usb-c adapter and that fixes the problem. The fan can also be loud at times.

I just didn't want to drop another 2500 on a laptop. I never even considered an HP. Well, I got this as an open box just to check it out and do all the computing it can do. All I can say is wow this computer blows me away. It handles all my business needs and runs all my memory and CPU intensive programs. Bravo to HP.

So far I love the screen resolution. Can't wait to process some photos.

Picture is better than any computer I have ever had. Getting used to the tablet/laptop combo is an adjustment, but like the touch screen. Mouse pad a little sensitive and can jump you around on screen unintentionally. Great processor speed.

We were looking to replace our old computer so we went to Best Buy to look. We were approached by a very nice young man who showed us the computers when I started looking at laptops. Long story short I fell in love with this laptop and it was on sale. Our salesman was very patient answering my many questions.

This 2 in 1 laptop does all one would want and more. I love the 2 in 1 feature. The picture is flawless and the speed and connectivity are exponentially better than my previous laptop. A home run!

Need an upgrade for preparing to get into college. I was unsure between Mac or another HP; finally I got all pros and cons. Windows graphics are ideal for anyone going for engineering and surpass the capabilities of the Apple- which I love my phone, watch and iPad- but can’t compare Apples to computers!

Over all for looks I give it a 10. It's a beautiful machine. But don't take it anywhere. It isn't a laptop for traveling frequently if at all. If you wear jewelry it'll be easy to scratch the copper edging. Also if you use a sleeve make sure the zipper doesn't touch the copper edging because it nicks pretty easy. The screen is easily scratched as well. As for usage I give it a 6.5-7. The 15 is big for the 360 feature. The trackpad is pretty iffy. Because the trackpad is large You need to know where your hand is for optimal usage. I've noticed it can get caught thinking. I don't want to say it's slow but it's a toss up between slow, glitchy, and unresponsive trackpad. I can't tell what's causing the periodic pauses. The sound is low for the speakers in my opinion. He sound is great, but it's really soft. The keyboard is very nice. The touch and feel of the keys is pretty stellar. The screen is amazing. It'll be difficult for you to go back to regular HD after using it. The 4K is worth the battery drain. It's not a bad drain but it's there. Again, it's worth it. Great job with the screen HP. The machine starts pretty quickly. There's a bug with Windows 10 facial logon and chrome on this machine. So I've disabled it. The pen is pretty cool and it's very responsive. It's much better than I thought. Spraking of pen, if you lose the original good luck finding another dark ash. HP accessories for this thing cannot be found on the HP site. Overall the machine is ok. More looks than anything else. Just don't be rough with it. And by rough I mean don't forget your gloves. She's fragile.

the screen is beautiful. the battery lasts for longer than I expect. the digitilizer in the pen is almost one to one (will occassionally slow down on more complicated pen strokes). no bloatware!!!

screen definition is astronomical! battery strength was better than I expected watching movies. backlit keys with on and off function is a must for me for now on. the touch screen is intuitive.

Can't beat what you get at this price. Super light and looks fantastic. The pen is another plus for this device. If you are looking for a laptop that can do so much more this is the one you want.

This laptop is one of (if not the only) windows laptop to match or surpass the MacBook in terms of polish and style. It looks sleek and professional and runs fast. The screen is beautiful.

been a good start with this one.. had a couple of issue with it in battery mode, but figured out that was all due to the battery saving features.. turned those off and now runs like a champ.. it's a little heavier then my previous but for it being the same price as the lighter model... i'll take the weight for the additional feature set..

Its really good so far, very few real issues. Minor heating, it never burns and sometimes the fans get loud but theres ways to fix it. Hp tech support is fantastic. Sturdy and solid, gorgeous display. Battery could be better. Hp pen works great. Its also gorgeous to look at. Sometimes i just stare at it bc its so pretty. Good weight, super portable comes with leather sleeve. This was a good choice. I gave it four stars because i wish the battery life was longer or you could change batteries if you wanted to but i can still get a good 5-6 hours of streaming game of thrones in 4k before the battery runs low.

Only had this laptop for 2 weeks so far its fast, the picture is sharp. I use it for every computing and also most of Photoshop® CS6 Extended. Illustrator® CS6. InDesign® CS6. .

I needed a laptop for personal use, so bought it after reviewing multiple laptops online. It looks lovely (slightly bulky though), has excellent display, lovely trackpad and decent speakers. But, I observed it gets heated fairly quickly and fan comes on frequently, even in normal usage. So, I returned it and bought a MacBook Pro. If there're no overheating issues, then its a very good laptop in my opinion.
