No major problems with a laptop, but some improvements could be made: 1. B&O speakers sound quality 2. Fan noise noticeable. 3. Gets pretty worm after 2 hours of use. 4. Battery capacity could be improved.

This laptop is great for someone looking for something sturdy and durable. Everything about it is perfect except the battery life. I can usually get roughly 4 hours pushing it without charge, but it's still a lot better than some of my previous laptops. Everything else is 10/10

I don't do much on my laptop yet, still getting a feel for it BIT it's been great so far! Easy to use, fast boot up and beautiful screen. The speakers also sound reallllly good.

Start up time is fast. Facial recognition feature does not work very well ☹️ Not a fan of the touchpad but it is probably just something I need to get used too. Ive always had actual buttons to push now I have to use the edge of the pad and it’s a large pad so my fingers have to travel a little to far for my liking.

This is a great looking laptop and powerful machine. I bought the larger version because I do a lot of detail work so I like a large screen; but after traveling by air with it the first time, I regret that. I should've gotten the smaller and much lighter version and just used an external monitor when I'm at my desk. My next business trip, I decided to leave it at home and just take my iPad. I'm also really disappointed that it only has one USB port, no ethernet jack, and no CD player....yet it's still a heavy machine. You can buy an ethernet adapter that comes with extra USB ports, so if you need both, that's the way to go. Plus, if you do any work with CDs or DVDs, you'll need an external drive. More stuff to store.

I bought this laptop for our new business and I absolutely love it. All the research I did pointed me to the MS Surface, but I just couldn't imagine working on such a small screen. The Spectre is so much better and it has a bigger screen. On top of the fantastic performance, I get tons of compliments on the sleek, beautiful appearance of it as well. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone with a business, going to school, or who just loves the latest and greatest tech devices. Two thumbs up from me!

Excellent Computer. My only reservation-the charging component-weighs way too much, and is very bulky-it adds an additional pound or more to the total weight of the computer. Would not recommend to anyone that travels a lot, and never wants to hesitate to bring their computer along. I hesitate-unless I'm driving.

I learned so much from them, and when I finally purchased my own Spectre I was not disappointed! I'm an illustrator and I have been searching for a few years for a great 2-in-1, and I have finally found it! The pen works so effortlessly, it's as close as you will get to working with real pen and paper! I've only had the Spectre for about a month and have yet to really explore all of it's potential, but from what I have discovered so far, I'm in love! I highly recommend purchasing this 2-in-1!

Researched this laptop for a year. Watched a million YouTube reviews, etc. Finally caught it on open box from Geek Squad in store. Saved $500. The 15" can be a touch heavy but this thing rocks. It's an amazing laptop that truly transitions to a tablet. Best I've owned.

Love the 4K display and the Windows 10 OS. Has more than ample power/speed with the i7 chipset and SSD. Haven't had a chance to test battery life yet, so might have given 5 stars instead of 4 if I had.

Great laptop light weight long battery life. My son carries It to school every day. So good we bought my wife one as well. Pen works almost a good as my surface.
