I needed a good laptop computer that I can use at work, use it on a plane and plug in to a docking station in my home office. I have always had good results with the HP laptops...so naturally, I looked into this model. It has the power and speed to let me work on several very large documents at once...going from one application to another without bogging down. The graphics are very good, I have heard that gamers might want better quality...for business applications, the graphics are wonderful.

This laptop is so fast! It runs smooth with quick response time. Loaded with everything you need. Very classy look, thin, light and perfect for traveling. I'm very pleased with my choice in a personal laptop!

I love the quality build of the two in one. The keyboard is an adequate size to comfortably type. The touch pad is large and responsive, unless you are on the top right and left corners where clicking is not easy. For this I wish that there were buttons on each side to click. The speaker quality is great with the exception that the bass is lacking some. Exceptional battery!!!!

I swore I would never buy an HP laptop again, but this one is fabulous. Fast, light and I would definitely recommend it.

This laptop has been great so far, it's super speedy, the screen is extremely sharp, it boots in about 3 seconds. Love it.

The Spectre is perfect for my work, from showing high end web-based software to potential customers, to creating marketing videos. The ability to switch to a tablet mode is ideal for both personal use and for software demonstrations. With 16Gb RAM and the i7 core, I can create and render videos quickly, and without software crashing from lack of resources. This is a great machine.

Beautiful looking computer, lost my side key pad and there is not a DVD drive. Has touch screen and stylist features. Very light and compact.

This laptop is fast! I love all the space I get on it! It's sleek, lightweight and stylish with the rose gold accents.

It is everything you can ever ask for. The 4k resolution, the sound quality, Speed and battery backup are on point.

Not only does this laptop run applications with ease, it looks amazing. The gold trim is absolutely eye pleasing.

For the price. It is a good laptop. Aesthetics are great. Sound is amazing. The screen is amazin but has some issues. Once it turned whole black and i couldnt do anything. I had to reset my laptop and the screen was working again.

So far, I Am loving it. It’s fast and furious and I really love the fact that it restarts in no time. In addition, the ultra HD display makes live a real experience as hit your favorite apps.

Switching from Macs isn't always easy. Windows 10, this computer, and HP have made this pretty darn easy. Everything set up easily. When I needed HP help for a bios upgrade that didn't take, they helped directly and gave me some extras. It was one of the best help experiences I have ever had with a help desk. My only complaints would be that the keyboard is not as smooth to operate as others I have had. Maybe some breaking in will help that. Also, the track pad is, after some setting changes, pretty good, but, as most PCs, can't compare to the track pad on a Mac. I think the big thing is taking the time, a day or two, to play with and adjust the set up to your own liking. I would give it 4 stars for the keyboard and track pad being a bit off, but that is in comparison to a Mac which has it's own problems. If you are coming from other PCs, this is probably a 5 star machine, or at least 4.5. Some better cases that would protect the keyboard when you use it as a tablet would be nice, or the twisty one as used by the Surface Book, but that is minor if you use a little bit of care. All in all I think I picked the right machine for me. By the way, I covered it with a carbon fiber look "decal / tape" and that is a great protector which looks very nice.

The laptop not only looks good but also has advanced features. It’s 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of SSD gives it a faster processing speed with multiple functions. A very good buy indeed!

Loving this sleek new laptop, especially speed and touch screen.

This is my first 2 in 1 and touch screen. I'm very pleased with how fast this PC is. I am enjoying the touch screen when I am sitting on the couch with the PC on my lap. The touch screen is much easier to use than trying to use the key pad to manipulate the cursor. I've had the PC a little over a month but I haven't really used it in tablet mode yet. I just tried it once and it worked just fine. So far I'm very pleased with this PC.

spectre laptop was easy to set up and use. it's very responsive and fast to use with intel's i7 chip

I had some initial hesitation about buying this 2-in-1 PC because I wanted a notebook PC with a faster graphics system, more graphics memory (4 GB instead of 2 GB), and faster CPU after checking the PassMark rankings of CPUs and video cards.. However the Spectre X2's UHD screen is spectacular and battery life is excellent because of power savings from the graphics and CPU not being at the upper end of their respective rankings. For almost anything except perhaps high-end video editing this 2-in-1 is ideal. I am regularly getting 11 hours of battery life per charge. This laptop has design and construction quite similar to recent MacBook Pro notebooks (I also own one). In the past five months I've really become enamored with the thinness and light weight of solid-state drive notebooks--and how quietly they run (especially noticeable while at the public library). This notebooks's tablet aspect, when the screen is folded back, provides a 15.6" diagonal measure screen--much larger than the biggest iPad Pro right now. The Windows Ink capability isn't of much value to me...but maybe in the future. Bottom line: this 2-in-1 laptop is definitely a keeper. I am very pleased I bought it.
