Love this computer. it's user friendly, many choices

I went from a old Lenovo laptop to this. Wow was I amazed with the graphics and speed this thing has. It also cleans off nicely if you ever use the screen. Just have a microfiber towel handy. Very happy with it.

I love my laptop. It is very versatile. Or you can use it as a tablet or a laptop. Sometimes it’s a little confusing when it comes down to certain functions. However, this laptop has a very large screen and has very great picture quality.

I bought this laptop for my grad school program. It is a great product. It didnt get too hot so far. the fan did make noise which I dont really mind. It has some delays too. But the frequency is acceptable. Overall i am happy that I bought it.

The laptop is great, turns on quickly, has a great display, is light weight and easily transportable. The keyboard is fine too. My only issue is that the touchpad is very sensitive and i dont really like it.

I love this computer! I needed a new laptop before my summer semester started, (as my other one was 3 years old), so I started looking around. I am majoring in civil engineering so I needed a computer with some pretty high specs. But I also wanted a computer that looked good and wasn't too heavy. This laptop exceeded my expectations! It's super fast, not too heavy for a 15" laptop, had all the specs I needed including a dedicated graphics card. The one thing I don't like about this laptop so far is when the fans come on, they are relatively loud. And they also turn on when I'm only doing tasks such as browsing the web or listening to music. But overall I love this computer and think it's a great option for anyone!

We liked it so much we bought a second for my wife. My son already had one and we have been impressed with the quality and power. Battery life is most of the day and the pen works as good as my surface.

I just purchased this laptop about 2 weeks ago and I can't put it down. It's very light and the specs are crazy. I was going to get the Microsoft surface, but I'm glad I decided to go with this instead.

I purchased this as an open box item. Disclaimer: this item did not meet my particular needs, so I did return it to the store. Because it was an open box item, I'm not sure if my issues were systemic or a failure of that specific unit. It had some jumpiness in the trackpad that I couldn't resolve, and the THunderbolt 3 connector was a bit tempermental in connecting to a dock. That aside, the computer seemed fully capable of handling normal daily office tasks, as well as some moderate multimedia work. Rendering HD videos worked out just fine, and photoshop with the included pen worked very well with no noticeable latency. The 15" was too big for my needs, and the 13" wasn't very comfortable to use with the keyboard, but for a someone sitting at a desk to work or create, this is a really solid WIndows 10 machine.

I've had the computer for almost a month now. It is a joy to use. I really like how it can be used so many ways. I've had no hardware or software issues at all. Very fast, and the battery life is great.

I am very happy with the improvement over older models and the SSD is fantastic. Also, not too difficult to get rid of the annoying pre-loaded software. Help center is very user friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is when i have Google chrome or internet explorer open with mutiple tabs, it seems to lag a bit from time to time. Other than that, the computer is super fast. Definitely recommend.

I have been trying to find the right laptop for my work. I travel twice a week and do a lot of work from my laptop. I first purchased an out of the box Lenovo. The screen had such a glare that I could not work with it. Then I bought a cheaper ASUS computer and the computer was very difficult to work with as it almost required a mouse and external keyboard to function properly. I then bought another HP computer that would have been fine, but I soon took it back as it was too big. I then came across this one. And it is just what I have been looking for.

I really wanted to like this laptop. It has all the bells and whistles, great battery life, and a gorgeous display... when its working properly. My model, and a multitude of others from the reviews I've read, had a screen flicker issue every 10-15 minutes in which the screen you black out, go fuzzy, and/or become distorted for anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. This laptop is also very heavy. I downgraded/upgraded to the 13 inch model and have no complaints so far other than the sub par battery life in comparison.

It is a versatile computer allowing me to be on the go with it.
