I have had this computer a little over a month now and I'm in love with it. it transitions from laptop to tablet mode smoothly. I find it easy to type on. The only thing I don't like is how small the up and down arrow keys are. but the sound is marvelous when I'm watching Netflix or editing a movie.

I would highly recommend this lap top! It is lightweight and easy to carry. Even comes with its own case

Initially I thought I was going to have issues with the internet because all of my current products like TV's, pc's, Ipad and phones were working great but the internet on this laptop was slower than a snail. after having some chats with coworkers and a little thought, it was felt I needed to buy a new router. Once I replaced my router, it was off to the races with this laptop. I really like this pc and look forward to many years of good use.

I have owned this laptop for approximately one month (bought 7/17/2017) and I sincerely regret not returning it when I had the chance. My HDMI output does not work, the factory calibration of the pen is poor (unlike the Apple Pencil), Windows scaling has many issues with apps (especially in the Citrix environment), the trackpad is poorer than the new Microsoft Precision Trackpads on other laptops, the battery life remaining meter doesn't display even after enabling it in the BIOS, the battery life has been significantly lower than quoted (3-4 hours/charge typically), and OneDrive had copious sync issues. I will admit that this laptop is quite beautiful, the keyboard is amazing, the 4K screen is incredibly sharp, and the inclusion of both USB-C and the full size USB ports is very nice. Audio could be louder but it's acceptable. Most of these issues would be forgivable (minus my HDMI port not working) if the HP's customer support had been somewhat decent but after spending 1.5 hours on the phone with a person overseas, my HDMI issues wasn't fixed and he asked me to send in my laptop for repairs which he estimated would be a THREE WEEK turnaround, and no replacement laptop would be provided. I am in the process of escalating my complaint but I'm not optimistic that anything will be done in a timely manner. I have had Lenovo/Dell/Apple/Toshiba laptops over the past 6 years and I have never had customer service this awful before for a brand new product. I will never buy an HP product again and with Best Buy's new 2 week return policy, I'm going to avoid buying from Best Buy as well. The photo I have attached is how my desktop appears on any HDMI monitor. If you look carefully, the desktop is cut into 4 pieces and rearranged. It also flickers constantly and most of the time doesn't even show an image.

I did plenty of research before buying a laptop, and the Spectre is everything I hoped it would be!

Great ultrabook with processing power to boot and an outstanding 4k display. Perfect for college!

The viewing screen is larger, much easier to see while driving. The up dates on the maps are better, we like the split screen

I received this as a gift for Christmas. Since this gift was purchased for me on Oct 18, instead of about 10 days later to fall in the typical "Christmas shopping season," Best Buy won't take it back or exchange it for another brand/model. So I'm stuck with it. A brand new computer, and I can't take it back or exchange it and I've barely tried it out just enough to find out how miserable the track pad is for me. Had it been purchased just days later, I would still have until mid-January to exchange it for another laptop. The track pad is miserable for me. It's large - larger than any I've seen before - so "right" and "left" clicks need both hands to accomplish or you have to move your "mouse" hand off the keyboard to reach across, which really slows things down when you have a lot of typing to do (as I typically do). This might work okay for those who are accustomed to such a HUGE track pad. Other than the huge track pad it looks like a nice computer. But I haven't gotten far enough to check everything out, since it's not too comfortable for me to work with.

The vents are in a good place. Large mousepad makes it easy to use. Fast response to commands.

My last laptop was a Sony VIAO, this HP Spectre x 360 2-in-1 is my best laptop to date. Love it.

I've been using it with Lightroom & Photoshop. It has been amazing & fast with both programs.

This HP laptop is over the top. Fast and furious, does everything at amazing speeds. Best ever.

This laptop is easy to use and navigate. Great laptop for college students or for browsing.

Picture quality is wonderful. Perfect for my use. Speed is so nice especially after working with my 5 year old laptop.
