Malfunctioned

Reviews of the Microsoft and HP all-in- one computers compelled me to try Windows 10. It is a beautiful computer. It is large and I should have considered the 13 inch. I have had it for approximately 3 weeks. I had;t had much time to explore the device. I did notice random screen freezes. I overlooked them, but know I remember how infrequent those were with my 2011 Macbook Pro. The last screen freeze would not unfreeze. I restarted the computer and the monitor would not appear. It had a CAPS lock blink code. I researched google and Youtube, but could not find a solution and I wasn't about to open the device (it's inly 3 weeks old). I called HP and we tried a couple things without success. HP wants me to send in for repair. I am going to exchange or return this product. I may give it another chance. We have a beautiful Mac and macbook that work wonderfully. My son and wife pretty much utilize those. Looking at other reviews it appears the negative ones seem to have a similar "crash" event. I didn't have anything saved to this one yet so it's pretty "new". Just the castle of going back to store.

Excellent Performance Laptop

This computer had everything and some added fun like the touchscreen and stylus. Love how the screen folds back to be used sort of like a tablet. Very sleek looking design.
