    Debated between this one, a smaller version, a larger version with a 10-key on it, and a Surface tablet. Ultimately this won out because it has great features at the best value price. Surface was a lot more expensive. Smaller version felt cramped. Larger was too heavy. Works great, looks cool, and takes full advantage of Windows 10.

    I have had the laptop for about 4 months and it is performing very well. It is an especially good match for the ASUS high definition monitor. The response speed is great as well as the screen sharpness and depth of color and I would recommend it to others who want a high performance machine. Would be glad to answer questions.

    Having decided to go with the 15" rather than the lighter 13", I cannot be happier. This laptop is still lightweight enough for day-to-day travelling and the extra screen real estate is really great. The one downside is the power connection comes loose easily, but the battery lasts upwards of 6+ hours so it hasn't been an issue.

    I bought it because all my job support is only on windows, the keyboard is great just need soft touch, also the new features added as well. I am happy that HP has this upgraded like high end in all specs. This is really for heavy load job like mine. I'm a loan officer and my Calyx support works on this great, my tax support too.

    This HP laptop is an excellent choice if you are looking for all of the performance and capabilities of the new MS Surface Book (less the detachable tablet) at about $1000 less. Yes it is a bit heavier than the Surface Book and the monitor does not detach, but for my purposes those are minor sacrifices for the great cost savings.
