So after 5 years I decided to upgrade and went with the spectre 360 7th gen i7 and couldn't be happier. It's super fast and works great for work and school. Only complaint I have is the ssd isn't larger and even though it is super thin, it is kind of on the heavy side.

I'm an engineering major and I've had this laptop for a semester and everything is working well for the most part. One glitch with my webcam, going to call in about it. Other than that I like how my calendar app syncs with my google calendar. I've had to download some engineering programs for classes and they all wen smoothly.

I found the laptop to be easy to set up and install new features from downloads. It is fast operating and quiet. I travel and find its light weight nice for transport in my shoulder bag. The backlit keyboard is nice for low light situations. Nice design and I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is one of the best computers for 2017 and it is also priced at a value price. You can find this on sale at Best Buy and other locations. HP is a good brand. I have had a good experience with HP - even my old computer (5 years old) from HP still works (but it is fairly slow).

I looked and tried a number of computers before deciding on this Spectre computer. I am very please with my purchase and highly recommend it to any HP loyal users like myself.

I would recomend Best Buy to all my family and friends. I have bought a lot of items from Best Buy and have been pleased wih all of them. there Webrot and Geek squad is also a excellent.. I have purchased computers,lap tops,televisions,naviagation, accessories at Best Buy.

Typically people fall into the category for laptop needs as work, gamer, etc. But I needed a workhorse as well as a laptop that could handle the graphics needs for videos, collaborating with drives and files, and large downloads. So far I am thrilled with this beauty.

I upgraded from Hp envy to this laptop. For the first time, I am able to get the same speed of 150 mps from my wireless that I use to get when connected to my Ethernet. Goodbye to cables. Also this is a premium product where I can get premium services from Hp.

I'm a senior graphic designer, and switched to this after the new MacBook Pro's weren't up to snuff. This hasn't let me down, and I really enjoy the touchscreen capabilities... As a practical user, it's far more beneficial than a "touch bar" could ever be.

HP quality at its best. The dedicated graphics give it more capability to do more and helps produce amazing video quality and the built in speakers pack a punch as well.

I'm very impressed with the look and feel of this HP convertible laptop. I did trade some extra heft to get a bigger display and glad I did. The display is crisp and clean, and has almost no bezel. Performance is as expected. Very satisfied so far.

Overall operation, good screen display, cool design, however what prevents me from 5 stars is the occasional "freeze" when operating Chrome. Perhaps updating the Windows might help (my other laptop initially was not running smoothly due to non-stable Win, but after update it's fine now)

I'm a MacBook Pro user but needed a pc for work and this HP was perfect for what I needed. It's also a beautiful machine. My only problem with it is that certain things on the screen are too small and hard to read/see but from my understanding that's a problem with all 4K screens.

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro as well. Compared to Mac, HP is more convenient in that there's a tablet for easier and more precise drawing. Its audio and processing speed though are lesser than MacPro. But considering it's only 1/2 price of MacPro, it's still a good investment.

HP never ceases to impress. Surprisingly I found the new Windows operating system much more intuitive then I would have expected it to be. And it has a seamless transition between the functionality of a computer and the versatility of a tablet.

I bought this laptop for college because I had requirements to meet for my major! There were so many features that intrigued me. It's also a two in one, a laptop and a tablet which is so cool. This is by far my favorite laptop to use!

The sales associates were very nice & helpful, answered all my questions. I've had the computer for about a month & it's great no issues. So glad I went with HP. I have one in the past & I know this one is going to be just as good.
