    Except for the 8500 HP inkjet office pro printer, I have NEVER had a problem with any other HP product that I have purchased over the years.

    The first one I took home had a faulty screen that flickered in and out, and it didn't work in tablet mode. I was nervous about exchanging it since it is a lot of money to spend on something that already gave me a lemon, but I still decided to get another one. This one works well enough. My only disappointment with this one is the battery life. Using OneNote and Edge in tablet mode gave me about 3-4 hours.

    I bought one and had problems with system - nothing worked as it should. Returned. Exchanged. Slowly I have started to use, set up this time OK, keyboard is touchy. However, one software program I use regularly, when I went to download upgrades, it deleted the software. Now I have to figure out why. So not quite happy yet. I do hope however that the problems cease and I can be happy with this purchase.
