This pc is very flexible, great screen resolution and also works well as a tablet. Bit heavy though with the 15"screen.

As far as a PC/ Tablet, everything works pretty good, laptop looks sharp. My 1st one I bought had 2 problems. 1. The screen would flicker and become rather annoying. 2. If you value real quiet at night, this is not a good choice. when in total quiet room, you can hear the screen brightness has a hum/buzz. the only way to get rid of it was to go to full brightness (not good at night) or all the way dim to the point you can not see the screen. I did a factory reset hoping to clear these issues. They did not go away. I returned the PC for another of the same model. That night, the new PC made the same annoying noise with the screen brightness! Brought that back the next morning and went with another manufacture laptop

This laptop is everything the description stated itwas. Dependable, love it.

My moms computer had blown up and she needed a computer fast. The computer has worked good.

The Bluetooth service crashes intermittently. The computer requires a reboot to get Bluetooth going again. I have had both HP and Geeksquad replace every driver associated with Bluetooth and paired devices. Still crashes. This all began within a month of purchasing the product. HP requires a factory reset to proceed with fixing the problem, noting that does not guarantee a fix. Since I have been using this laptop for a few months, it is fully loaded with data and apps, so wiping it clean would be a real problem/hassle. HP requires me to ship it to them, and it would take a minimum of 4-6 business days just to figure out the problem, and they guaranty that it *would* go through a factory reset as part of that process. They offer no loaners during the interim, nor any support transferring the drive contents to another laptop. Geeksquad may offer more/better support given my 3+ laptop plan. To be determined, but still not loaner. HP had Bluetooth issues with the prior model of the Spectre x360. It appears problems persist. Otherwise, I actually like the 2-in-1 laptop's other features and performance.

So far it's been the best laptop I purchased. Did both Apple and Sony and was not impressed.

This is an amazing laptop and i recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a Laptop.

Daughter loves it. Great for gaming, video production, social media and for writing papers.

Premium looks. All are great. The hinges needs some improvements. It moves in laptop mode even when touched lightly.

This is 2nd time i’m buying HP laptop. My whole family is fan of HP product.
