Great Computer

Both of them gave me issues in one way or another. HP is the only brand that I haven't had to have serviced, as it just works. This goes for the Windows and Driver updates. I would highly recommend. Sadly, they don't make they standard greater than 1TB, I had to do an after stock drive, and HP accepted the new addition with out a problem.

Really like the UHD display. Battery backup is amazing. Also, performance of the processor and memory on video games are impeccable. Dark ash silver adds to the stylish finish. Our family loves this gadget. Only this we missed is the DVD RW - but we understand that most of the newest laptops dont have them! Overall - a great product!

Love almost everything about this computer!

My only criticism--I would have preferred more than one USB port, but I understand this is an inherent limitation in almost all notebooks of similar size. The display is crisp and the picture quality outstanding, but bear in mind that extending the display to a second screen of lesser specs may be a little challenging.
