Fast, efficient and sleek computer. Like the touchscreen feature

Fast, Thin laptop and 4K resolution. But discontinued model

This had all the right specs. At first I was put off by the color of the case, but quickly realized that was not important. It was a close call between this HP and the Lenovo Yoga 920. I chose this because the keyboard felt so much better. I was using an HP Envy before, and I like the HP build. So the decision was pretty quick. No regrets so far.

What's not to love? Fast, ergonomically friendly, and on sale!

The Good: Seems pretty fast; we have not experienced any slowdowns as some have talked about. It is a good looking machine. The Bad: (1)Completely useless outside - the screen just is nowhere near bright enough. Even under some circumstances it isn't bright enough INDOORS. (2) No fingerprint reader. Unforgiveable. Windows Hello is just not up to the task and fails most of the time. We would have paid another $100 to have an onboard f/p reader. (3) You have to manually turn the keyboard backlighting on/off. Really? Everything else we have ever owned the backlight comes on when you start typing, turns off after an appropriate amount of time by itself - this is how it should work. (4) The "F" keys are labelled in such a small font that you need a magnifying glass to see what they do. HP, Not everyone who uses these has 18 year old eyes! With a few easy improvements this could have been a 4-star laptop. With decent screen brightness it could have been a 5-star laptop.

I don't like using the computer as a touch screen. I love it with the mouse. I very rarely use it as a tablet. I do have an issue with it getting incredibly hot while playing The Sims. The representative at Best Buy said they hear this complaint quite often.

Very sleek, beautiful design. The keys were a bit clumsy and difficult to type. I wish they were more easy like Apple or Microsoft. Ultimately the difficulty typing is why I did not like the product. EVerything else, including the design and performance were outstanding.
